You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything at this hotel is great.Location, rooms facilities and staff. Had a great evening meal at the Indian restaurant near the river (ragpu) as recommended by Jude. Directly opposite a lovely park and it’s so quiet.

A wonderful place to stay! Judy was so helpful and fun we wanted to take her with us as we continue our tour around NZ. Very nice room with door between bedroom and living area so I didn't wake others who sleep late. It's centrally and easy to walk to restaurants.

United KingdomHad to pay by cash because of ridiculous credit card surcharge - even on a debit card which was accepted elsewhere in New Zealand without this surcharge. Ground floor location with full height windows and no privacy unless curtains drawn. Basic level of equipment. Good location for centre of Blenheim but we found Blenheim to be dead. Very disappointing. This may not be the fault of Lugano Motor Lodge but we would not stay there again nor could we recommend it.
