There was nothing we did not like about the property.

The appartment was absolutely immaculate, clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The location, with views over the estuary, especially on a sunny day, awesome. Leeann and Warwick were helpful re eating out suggestions, but respected our privacy. The perfect hosts. Our only regret was that we could only stay one night!

I loved the location which gives you a beautiful view of the sea. It took us 15-20mins to drive into Whangarei depending on the traffic which was perfect. All ammenities and small details in the property made our stay even better.

An extra shelf in the shower would have been good. There was a stool with a top that contained lots of information flyers but we didn’t realise that’s what it was until one of our hosts showed us.

Fabulous place. The hosts had thought of everything that you might want…we didn’t need most of it but we appreciated the effort. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Great view of the sea.

Should have stayed longer!

A 10 out of 10! Leeann is a fantastic host who is there when in need and respects your privacy to the top. This apartment has everything you need and is styled with a warm hand. The bed is large and very comfortable, the shower warm and powerful. The kitchen is more than complete. Pepper salt coffee tea sugar oil and more it’s all there. I especially liked the eating setup looking out over the bay. Outdoor you have relaxed chairs, a dining set and a hammock. What else do you need for a relaxing time? The view is spectacular and the water is just 75 meters away for a morning swim. Bikes and kayaks are available for use between the apartments. Leeann has, besides this apartment, other apartments that have a complete free view over the water. The only thing I missed was more days to stay here! Thank you Leeann! Warm regards, Frank

The property was perfect. Everything in it looked brand new. Every drawer and cupboard was stocked with everything that was needed and very good quality goods. Leeann was very laid back and helpful and suggested places for us to go. The bed was great, the shower was powerful and the location was perfect, clean, peaceful and stunningly beautiful.

It was out of town which felt like a nice little getaway. Had everything I needed including more! I loved the variety of condiments which were there and having the optional spa to wind down at the end of the night was a great way to end my nights! This outstanding apartment is comfortable, luxurious, neat and relaxing. The view was exceptional, very clean and I must add, my partner and I were treated with much respect and Joy, this place truly values your privacy which gives you a simple sense of Home. The property is in a beautiful quiet location by the water. It’s very nice and peaceful there. The apartment is very clean with lots of nice thing’s provided such as plunger and capsule coffee, herbal teas. Nice cutlery and cups. Bathrobes. Very beautiful hot spa bath. We had a very relaxing and pleasant time there

Beautiful location Great communication from Leeanne We arrived late in the evening, was raining. Leeanne had left heaters, lights on. Extra mat at the door for wet shoes. The door unlocked, so I didn't have to mess around with a lock box.
