Had a problem in one room with the shower.

My dietary needs were fully met. In fact above and beyond. The host was very accommodating regarding our delayed arrival, which was completely out of our control. The host was very friendly. A delight to talk to.

Everything!! A beautiful place to stay in, with a bit of history, including photos of the original homestead. Extremely generous host, too many great things to mention, but this place was so comfortable with spacious living areas, personal touches everywhere. Would highly recommend!

My friend and I booked the accommodation to attend a wedding at Tabula Rasa, which was only a couple minutes up the road. So the location was amazing. The house and surrounding area were beautiful and amazingly quiet. We got two rooms with a shared bathroom. The rooms were really nice, clean and comfortable. The beds were perfectly soft. We had the best sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The price was really good and affordable.

We arrived late but Kaye organized delicious fish and chips for our dinner. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the serve yourself breakfast was lovely and had everything we needed. A great place to stopover from Auckland airport on the road to Rotorua.

The bedrooms were up a fairly narrow flight of stairs. We had no issues, but people with mobility issues may have some trouble.

Kaye was fantastic. Very relaxed and helpful, despite our arrival being delayed at the airport. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast offerings included a good variety, including low carb and gluten free options.

The golf course is very pretty and the accommodation is very well maintained. It was a very peaceful location and convenient to Auckland airport (approx 30 mins). We enjoyed having dinner on site (all 3 meals were excellent) and there was a lot of variety for a self serve breakfast. Thank you!

Very comfortable extra large bed and bathroom and large room. Perfect location for us going to a wedding venue down the road. Great array of continental breakfast in the pantry and fully stocked kitchen thank you. They also were happy for us to be able to arrive an hour earlier than check in (although we ended up not needing it)

I love dogs and they have Rottweilers who were always tied up, maybe because they are guard dogs and meant to be on their toes; but I would hope those doggies also get time inside the house with the family and get taken for walks.

Breakfast was lovely, just a simple continental breakfast with supplies provided. The beautiful farm kitchen was well equipped and there were eggs provided if we'd wanted to cook them. Wifi was excellent and the host(ess) Kay was delightful and accommodated our early arrival very graciously. Kay has a lovely manner with people and I'm sure everyone loves her. The facilities and golf course were gorgeous and the whole place so well kept though probably requires a bit of maintenance.
