Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandThere was only one key. Would be ideal for two keys for each door especially in the event of a fire....Big distance between the upstairs door and downstairs door. Unable to work the cable TV( not sure there was cable TV as advertised??) and no instructions on how to use the TV!! Lots of remotes!!!
Great to have a house with three bedrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room, excellent views, good kitchen with fridge and dishwasher , beds were very comfortable. Only a 20min walk down hill to centre of town, ubered back to house. Good parking either at front of apartment or on the street behind.

SingaporeWe weren’t aware that the property was a 4-storey property, so there was a fair bit of stair climbing involved. Not for those with weak knees or the less mobile ones. One “room” with two beds is in the loft area without much privacy.
Amazing views. Really amazing views. The property is situated near the top of Queenstown which provides panoramic views of the surrounding area. The best views that we’ve had for our NZ trip.

Location and view are great, unit clean and beds VG. Here is some feedback- did find the kitchen lacking storage for food as no pantry or cupboard space. Fridge needs a service as a reasonable amount of water settling in the bottom of it The washing machine is a bit hit and miss- when a smaller load spins as the cycle finishes water drops onto the washing and wets it. I needed to stand and stop the spin cycle before it finished. TV very dated and had to change the channel on the box as none of the remotes.

AustraliaThe front door lock was a bit loose or shaky, there wasn't enough basic kitchen facilities like dishwashing liquid, tea and coffee sachets for a family of four for three nights.
The location is convenient for the town centre, lake and views from the townhouse amazing. The beds are comfortable and there is adequate heating to make it cosy on cold evenings. Also, the second bedroom with ensuite is a plus.
