Everything is perfect, it’s just that lounge area and kitchen is shared. It might get uncomfortable if accompanied by messy family!!

Wow! The views are totally amazing, and this retreat is like a hidden gem away from the busy vibes of Queenstown. Surrounded by nature, the garden here is just awesome, filled with colorful flowers and cool trees. It's got everything we could ask for and more! The hosts are super friendly and full of great tips for stuff to do in Queenstown. Plus, their pets are just the cutest little buddies ever! They made sure we had everything we have in terms of food. Just loved chitchatting with them. Would love to visit again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mountain View Lodge during our visit to Queenstown, and our experience was nothing short of perfect. Absolutely, breathtaking views, perfectly located away from the hustle & bustle of Queenstown, a retreat. It’s nestled in the natural environment and had an amazing garden, with an array of flowers and trees. It had every thing that we needed and more. Very friendly hosts and were willing to give information and advice on things to do in Queenstown. Loved their pets, our little friends.

Tim greeted us on arrival. Very homey. We had the place to ourselves the first 2 nights and it was very spacious. Loved the small chats with Tim and seeing his dogs around. Loved how peaceful it is but only less than 20 minutes away from town proper.

We were the only ones there. This location has a shared kitchen, family room and garden area. If you had noise, and messy house mates..... It might have been a different experience.

The location was great. It was super close to Queenstown. The mountains are all around you.

Gorgeous private location with expansive views, extremely comfortable (the house is cozy, well heated, well built, not drafty). Loads of space, toys for the kids, full kitchen, and lots of space to walk and play outside (even a playhouse!). Warm, generous and accommodating hosts.

The place was much more than we have expected! The view is amazing, the house is absolutely beautiful and big, great and equipped kitchen, a lot of outside seating areas, beautiful garden! And Matt was great to talk to and helped with everything! It’s a big house with several bedrooms to rent, but the room was very big and isolated.

A very lovely n warm family home in the heart of queenstown. My family was in awe of the place. The host was very kind n friendly. Its a place worth every penny.

Owner was very calculative. Please take note that this rental is not for the entire apartment, its just partial of the apartment and you have to share common entrance and toilet and kitchen and laundry room. I had one extra kid that travel with me and the owner charged us additional nzd 65 per day per night when theres no extra bed given. Super calculative oldmen. The room given was right next to a laundry and dryer and you can hear sound all night. Also the room can only fit one single bed super small If you are planning to have a nightmare in queenstown Moutain lodge is the way to go.
