House is next to a busy road, but that cannot be changed. Host offers ear- plugs, which I did not need.

Self-catering facilities were excellent. House new and in very good condition.

Just parking - we got an awesome one but if busy there would be a struggle.

This place felt safe and was so clean. The host sent all clear details and made us feel welcome even without actually meeting. Absolutely recommended to stay and hoping to book a large group soon.

The GPS confusion when ordering Uber for pickup and drop off it was so confusing for them to pickup at the right location due to GSP not giving the right direction of the location.

The location was ideal and the environment and service provided was so magnificent.

Parking is difficult. 1 Street away enough room dough. The house was very empty. Not much furniture. Pur room was next to the main road. Lot of traffic noise.

Was a little annoying to get in to u left my phone in my room forgot the pin and nearly got looked out and without my phone I wouldn’t have been able to call.

I liked how the lady who was looking after the place was very catering, making sure I had everything I needed. Beds were nice so was bathroom

Nothing. However, if you have no car, then this is not a convenient place to stay. No shops etc. within walking distance.

Brand new place! Very clean and neat. Helen, the host, is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking outside on the street. Multiple kitchens in the house to use. Many, but clear rules in the house. Personally, I liked that. Kept the house clean. Comfy beds and luxurious bathrooms.

Nice place, nice host

As a warning, the place won’t be found without google maps, and I think after more than one night, you still won’t know the way out. It’s a dense residential development, a long way from the motorway, and houses look the same. It’s very clinical and my room (budget single) felt more like a cell. A bed, bedside drawers and a desk. No warmth or character with pictures or comfy furniture. The main thing that I wasn’t happy with was the BED. I understand I paid ‘budget’ but for a brand new place, the rock hard bed wasn’t appreciated. The new carpet was probably better to sleep on. Very little sleep, and severe back pain from it. On top of this, loud traffic from a main road behind the house made it all the more difficult to sleep. This can’t be helped of course. But ear plugs would be recommended. The self check-in is great, amazing technology but not all people will be tech savvy for the pin entry. I struggled, maybe prefer to have a phone call from the host to explain location of the pin machine. The pictures were there but not fully helpful. The host could be more transparent about the traffic noise, suggest people bring earplugs as people outside Auckland don’t usually expect it in a residential suburb.

It’s a very modern home, brand new, fresh carpet, great pressure shower, and the host was lovely.

*Misrepresented what was available in the room. ..No kitchenette in room. ..No mention of stairs in description. Further description provided once we were booked, and way down the page. ..No way to see that a 2 storey building as no google map photos *The location was not correct According to google mapping it directed us to an empty lot *lack of secure parking *One pillow per person. Not acceptable. * Terrible road noise *Way overpriced for what was available. * Will not be returning nor recommending to anyone.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean and attractive interior.
