Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaTravellers to Queenstown during winter would be for the snow sports, which unfortunately the house didn't provide a place to dry the equipment. No food places in walking distance, car required. Obviously the price is a bit on the high side, but if you cared about the overall experience... just take the plunge. :)
Host was amazing with communication. (I personally appreciated the automated system setup). Place was nice especially in winter, with a fireplace, a/c. Every room had an ensuite is a big big big plus, although not everyone can have shower at the same time as the pressure will drop. Loved the little touches of the house like the heated ensuite floor. Everything in the house is also complete, from washing clothes, cooking, drying, entertainment... coffee machine... Nice views around the house too. Can catch glimpses of the mountain. Thanks host for such a great experience.

Wonderful warm house, great for our family of six adults. It has got excellent facilities, with an en-suite with each bedroom. The kitchen is well equiped and we enjoyed the different seating arrangements. Garage easily accessible. 9 minute drive to Queenstown centre. The house is over 3 levels. this worked well for us.

Great clean and spacious house with good community feel and lots of extras such as the great coffee machine, plenty of heating including underfloor in the bathrooms, lots of bathrooms and a good central location between Queenstown and Frankton.

Ina and Omid are welcoming and nice! The cozy home with different seasons in each room is an interesting idea. Clean rooms and bathrooms connecting to each bedroom allows more privacy to each family residing in it. Living room area is well designed to accomodate several groups in the same area. Most importantly Ina was very kind and helpful for sending back our baby's little Elmo toy that we left behind in the accomodation =) Thank you Ina!
