The Zipped Double bed is composed by two single beds, and one bed matress seems in a bad condidtion, made me very uncomfortable every morning when get up.

There was no housekeeping service except that linen/bedsheet would be changed and bath towels & hand towels would be replaced once a week. Nobody would empty your rubbish bins.

The location is great as a big shopping complex is just across the road.

The shower was terrible as there was no pressure at all that needs to be fixed and the water was always going cold, the apartment I was booked in, was there storage facility so I couldn’t park the car in the garage.

It was clean & quiet as I booked away from the main road, shops were all very close & walking distance everything was upto standard and convenient I will definitely book again.

Some people might find it remote without a car if they are staying for only a few days. We found bus service to Auckland very good with regular buses to and from the CBD. Ditto the bus service to the airport.

The toilet had a mishap while we were there, but the staff were very professional and concerned.

Very big apartment. Nice private pool and a cute little park right across from a large shopping centre. It had everything we needed so we were able to prepare some of our own meals. It had parking right outside of the door.

It wasn't serviced, although we were there for 9 nights. Only one couch for 4 people. No spare linen, eg hand towels and bath mats.

It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped.

I stayed 4 wks in this apartment ( 2x 2 weeks) Then oven was off and not reset. Knobs worn couldn't read settings. Laminated picture so bad quality couldn't read that ! TV no instructions how to re set onto freview everything turned on..staff at nesuto could not help or do themselves. Finally a friend did. So didn't have channel 1 or 2 for my stay. No rubbish bags or toilet paper replenvished or cleaning products provided .linen changed weekly but often not day outlined.

The apartment was advertised as having HVAC, but there was only one heatpump and it was downstairs. The bedrooms, despite having fans provided had windows that only opened about 5cm and were almost impossible to cool. I had no communication before arrival and apparently was lucky to find the office open. It would have been useful to have been given more than one set of keys as our family often went in different directions.

Our apartment was conveniently located with the Botany Town Shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Off peak, it was less than half an hour to the CBD .... let's not talk about peak times but that would be the case no matter where you stayed. We had most things we needed for our stay, the kitchen equipment was basic but sufficient. Staff changed the linen for us after a week and were friendly and efficient.

One apartment was not so cleaned well, so had to do a quick scrub before family settled in. We checked in pretty late so there was not much time to sort out the rooms and have things arranged such as cots, baby safe gates to prevent baby from climbing up stairs. The pool was closed off for maintenance up to three days, during our stay and it was pretty hot, which was a bummer, however we made most of the beach. We had air-conditioning, but only the fan worked, and our fridge kept playing up, causing most of our cold beverage and food to go to waste. Also some of the facilities in our apartment were unusable. In one of the apartmemts they had an ant problem, first couple of days it was infested with ants, so we made sure all benches, floors and surfaces were sprayed and wiped everyday and night. It was more work for us, but we didn't mind. The office was closed most times, so we took it upon ourselves to make sure this did not become a problem during our stay.

I am so grateful for the head office who made my stay possible. I had a mixup on my end, but DHRUV ARORA was able to assist and made sure of my check-in. People at the office in Nesuto Newhaven came through by preparing the apartments last minute for our stay. The facilities, gyms and swimming pool kept our family busy, and rooms were spacious, the two apartments is great to accommodate for large families. The washer and dryer was a life saver for me and my family. We found out on day three that the coaches are a sofa bed, which was great for those hot nights. Kitchen was spacious and great to cooking up a storm. We rented out four apartments for 11 nights and our apartment was the main for meals and hangouts with the entire family. The compound was kept neat and everyone kept to themselves, not bothering anyone. Although it is an open space and everyone can pretty much see everything, however we made the most of our stay. I loved that the location was right in the heart of botany only 2-5mins drive to everything (mall, gas station, supermarket and more).

the parking is small for family vehicles its always a tight fit. The internet went down and no one was able to help me at 4pm as the workers had left home when it says reception hours is to 5pm.

Carpet did not appear to be clean. Kitchen had no sharp knives to use. Stains on some of pillow cases, bed sheets and dooner.

there was no mention that it was in a residential area. We took kids and expected they would be noisy however we were grateful for our neighbours not complaining about noise. A little too expensive for a residential area.
