This is not a reflection on the apartment. It is clearly written that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor (3rd floor in the U.S.). Just be aware of this. I didn't find it to be a problem, and no elevator was inconsequential to me given the qualities of the apartment.

This was a clean, bright 2 bedroom apartment. Everything that you would need for a stay was provided. The building seemed new and was very quiet. It was a 10 minute walk to the central bus terminal or to the shopping district. I found this to be absolutely perfect.

Construction on opposite side of the building, but there is not much dust caused. So does not caused a problem for the stay though.

It was really central which was great but meant that we were kept awake by noise and music. Once we worked out that we could keep the bedroom door open to cool our bedrooms and close the windows this improved things

Three flights of stairs carrying suitcases was a little uncomfortable, but expected. It did mention top floor. There was construction going on directly across the street.

It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities of home. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was stocked nicely. Location was an easy walk to everything. Parking was a free bonus!

The room was very modern and fully equiped That corridor was really sunny and the room was bright. The location is great, the largest playground is just across the road. All rooms and surrounding were very very clean.

Lovely sunny apartment with a tastefully designed interior. We were very comfortable here, and appreciated the warmth as we were there on a cold Christchurch day. The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. With two bathrooms and comfortable beds this was a great place to say and I would definitely recommend it.

everything was great, i just needed more instructions about how to use to oven.

The apartment was well planned and stocked with all the needful little things for a family. we cooked all our dinners and everything was excellent from we’ll sharpen knives to a easy to use kitchenette. the apartment also had an extensive range of board games for the whole family. they were almost brand new. we loved our stay!
