1. It was noisy. Balcony doors should be offering some soundproofing, especially when there is a music club across the street. 2. Regarding bedding, the hostel only provided pillowcases for pillows, and the unchangeable duvet lacked a duvet case, where you could put duvet inside, that would offer a more hygienic solution. 3. Lockers were wery small 4.The electric sockets werent next to each bed, only in one place in the corner.

Big kitchen with enough place for storage food and fridges and spacious common area with tables and sofas. Hot free sauna 80C nice after long hike.

Value for money - everything was very 'compact' but we had a great double bedroom with a large balcony. Even though the venue was lively our room was very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Comfy bed. Great location.

Kitchen a bit small for amount of people staying at the hostel but lots of options to eat out in the area.

Parking can be trouble if you are there between 9am - 6 pm due to all the parking being either payed or 30min limit. It is right in the hubbub of all the shopping and busy area, so it was very noisy most of the night inside our room. Right across the street from a bar, and they make sure you know it. I've never seen a busier hostel in my life. They do a good job managing the amount of people and I never felt crowded or anything, but just surprising how many rooms and people there were. Had to download an app to unlock your room door.

For how busy it is, it was really clean with easy check in and check out. Staff was very nice and helpful. Bathrooms were very nice with lots of showers.

Middle of the party area, music still really loud in the room at after midnight. Dirty and really bad smelling hallways (but that is due to disrespectful customers and not the hostel)

There was no plug for a charge next to my bed. Also, it was a bit loud till midnight.

The location was pretty good. Any bus stops, city center, and the beach are within 5 minute's walk. The staff was nice to help plan my trip!

No chairs on balcony so couldn't sit there and enjoy the view. I was promised a chair but never got one. I got charged 6% for payment penalty that was not stated when I made booking. That is way more than I have ever been charged, usually 1-2.5% is the norm. They should declare that at the time booking is being made thru Booking.com.

Room was very nice and more like a hotel. Hostel was quiet and staff was especially helpful and very friendly. Location was great and restaurants right outside the door and bus stop to airport close by.

We stayed in one of the king rooms. The room was a bit small and it got quite noisy at night time with all the bars and clubs located below. Our room had a broken bathroom light which was only repaired the day after we checked in. The TV reception and WIFI receptions were poor.

The location was excellent. It was close to everything, including restaurants, cafes, the lake and gardens.
