Struggled with Internet and had a deadline email to upload, but was amazingly solved by the staff. Very helpful to resolve the issue.

Can't think of anything. We are pretty self sufficient.

The closeness to the airport - we had a very early international departure. Truly was 5 minutes away. The shares bathrooms were clean, the showers hot, and the music playing really helped when having to use all in the middle of the night. Staff excellent - everything in order when we arrived and personalized. Felt welcome!

Didnt have sky , wasnt the unit we thought it was. Maybe the booking names need to be a little better. we thought we had the fully contined unit- with full kitchen and onsuite. ( that sleeps 4, )but only got a small unit, with not much space, and was looking very tired and unloved

Only downsides were no close bus transport (closest was about a 20-25min walk) -with kids. & I wish there was a money change machine for the washing machines & dryers😁

Location to Airpark Canterbury. It was warm when we arrived. Instructions for key collection for our late check in where very clear and easy to follow. A great spot to spot before our 3 hour drive home.

The room was too small so i couldnt really bring in my big luggages. Also it was very noisy with the other guests chatter very loud and can be very noisy over our heads as we tried to sleep at night. The higher deck of the bunker bed was very difficult to climb as there were no railings.

Check in was easy. Parking was easy.

just being a solo traveler I was a bit wary of leaving my room to use the toilet and shower. the facilities were lovely and clean though!

Small dog next door barked an hour and a half until return of owner very late. Boy racers roaring until approx. 2am.

The timed short showers. Im sure they have their reasons but it was a pain having to wait the required time for the shower to reset it's hot water timer. Maybe there is a way to purchase extra shower tokens to avoid this

Check in was super smooth and they even organized a ride to the airport for us. The room was clean and tidy and the shared kitchen/ laundry room looked well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again if ever we were in transit.

Staff was great, they picked us up from the airport, dropped us off to our car rental company for free and let us borrow their car seat in the evening to run errands

Initial cabin was in need of upgrading however we were moved into another chalet which was much more comfortable and well appointed.

Location, close to airport. Staff were helpful when discovered we needed to change rooms due to bedding configuration. Also had to wake night manager up (sorry) as left valuables behind in room before dawn and he was so kind to get up and open up so we could retrieve them after dropping key in lock box. Much appreciated!

Fresh coffee would have been good.

Great for proximity to airport. Nice playground for the kids. Clean, comfortable room.
