Due to the downpours of rain the steps to the cottage become slippery. I did have a fall not of anyone's fault but my own.(Not wearing correct footwear)I'm fine. Maybe just putting some extra grip(grates)so this won't happen. But loved our stay. 😊

Loved the location. Amazing communication from Liz and Ken. Their meet and greet was so warm and welcoming. Best host ive meet. So friendly and accommodating as our sons league game got cancelled due to bad weather and they were so helpful with allowing him to stay with us. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. Just like them. 🥰

A very quiet calm location with a beautiful view of the harbour. Although the cottage was close to the main house, the hosts were very respectful of the space between us. They have a very friendly dog, who was no problem at all. Excellent hosts, excellent accommodation and excellent stay.

I liked everything. Don’t choose if you want tv; it is more suited to nature-lovers.

On-site hosts Liz and Kenny were friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive. The cottage setting is so pretty that I think I could have happily sat on the balcony all day had they not recommended nearby beaches. I appreciated the plunger coffee and continental breakfast provisions left in the cottage. It was also really clean and fresh with a comfortable bed.

Hosts were very friendly. The property was straightforward to find with the excellent instructions provided. A little haven of tranquility. Only wished we could have stayed a bit longer. Ruby the dog was also an excellent companion, though not much of a guard dog! 😂

Needs a blind over kitchen door. Even if owner lives on other side of their house, still would be good to have that extra privacy.

Very comfortable bed , powerful shower and nice kitchenette. Liz and Kenny are so kind , friendly and very generous to provide breakfast with fresh fruits and avocado from their garden.  Lovely to wake up with birds singing. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much.

I didn't like that it was right next to the owners house, so didn't feel private. The impression we got from the photos, was it would be very private.

Loved the friendly owners, the place was cute and had everything we needed, lovely breakfast left for us to help ourselves with beautiful fresh fruit etc. The views are super lovely and such a serene peaceful place to stay.

My partner and I assumed the cottage was the only building on the property as there were no photos of a larger house on the property. We did want a weekend away to isolate from everyone. The owners were lovely indeed, nevertheless we did want a getaway alone though. Also didn’t appreciate that there were no curtains in the kitchen (you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom). Personally I like to wear no pants when I sleep, and it’s really uncomfortable when I have to go toilet where the large sliding door is completely open to view in (unfortunately I did not bring pants as I thought we would be alone). My partner and I totally didn’t notice there wasn’t a tv either when we booked, and it was definitely missed.

The owners were absolutely lovely and Tui was such a beautiful dog. I appreciated the food provided(although due to my dietary requirements I couldn’t have any). You also have the best view where the cottage is located.

The location was beautiful, would love to come back in warmer months. The bed was comfy and the heater kept the room warm.

A curtain would have been good in the kitchen for a little privacy, and maybe replace the uncomfy chairs for a two seater sofa.
