The Breakfast was Amazing. The 2 bedroom apartment was so Spacious. Everything we needed for our 2 night stay was available. Parking outside was very convenient to our accomodation. Our hosts Trevor and Litia were very friendly and so helpfull.

Our main hassle was the remote for the TV. No instructions how to use. We wrestled with it but gave up in the end. Would be good to have a radio, too. Otherwise, really good

Water cylinder is a bit small so can't really enjoy the big shower to the fullest. Besides that no complaints

The owners are warm and friendly and supply such a wonderful breakfast and I'm a big guy and it filled me nicely. The unit was clean and spacious also warm and welcoming. Beautiful big shower. Unit was cleaned daily and all needs were met, not to far from Paihia center with the beach just 40 steps away. Such a lovely stay, will definitely be back.

Fabulous 2 bedroom unit. Lots of room for a family group. Very comfortable beds, we all slept so well. And delicious breakfasts delivered to our unit. Thank you Trevor, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you!

Not much at all to be honest.....excellent value for money and a very friendly host. Did find the double bed uncomfortable though + shower pressure on the low side....but we still slept OK and showered perfectly well!

Nothing not to like

Paihia Star Motel is very close to the beach and an easy walk to shops and a range of restaurants and cafes. The owner is very obliging - I was silly enough to leave an item of clothing behind and once I realised (the same day) and contacted him he arranged for it to be returned.

The shower room has not enough strong of water, the water pressure is too low. If it can be fixed, Paihia star can get 100 marks

Rooms are clean, Trevor is very nice. He and his wife provide excellent breakfast to us. They do the housekeeping everyday.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything was comfy and warm, brekky was lovely and the hosts made you feel looked after. Would definitely stay there again!

Bed too soft for our liking. Photos a bit misleading as there is no "view" from the rental rooms of the property.

We had four generous,delicious breakfasts served promptly at 08:30 to our wee patio by Trevor. We utilized the complimentary laundry; much appreciated. The location is very good as it is as the bend in the road as Seaview becomes Marsden Road entering Paihia.
