The vibe was so cool reminded of me of being in Bali. Neil and Michelle made our stay so much better offering us advice and even dropping and picking us up from places.

Not much. There was some noise with building next door but apart from that it was great.

Location was great and the set up awesome. They have done a great job to create an awesome atmosphere and space. Neill was great and help store our bags after we checked out.

Nothing we didn't like. The steep driveway might be an issue for some but we didn't find it a problem. Everything was lovely.

Beautiful little place, so handy for the beach and public transport too. The bed was super comfy, and the place was spotlessly clean. Gorgeous outlook with native bush and birds surrounding the property. We left feeling relaxed and refreshed and looking forward to staying again someday.

The bathroom door which I fixed ( screws on doorframe loose ) , the unpredictable performance of the stove but no big deal.

The chill Bali like feel. The obvious interest in making the stay pleasant from the hosts. The little attention to detail in regard to useful items in the cupboards.

The deck chairs could be more comfortable. Other than that I cannot fault it.

The bed had the perfect amount of support without being too hard (this is very important to us as we both have had spinal surgery). The locality to the beach and bus stops was perfect. The studio was beautifully appointed with everything you would require for a romantic get away.

We are both 72 years old and found the steep driveway hard to navigate with two suitcases and there wasn't a rail to hang onto as we went down the steps. We talked to Niall on the telephone but would have loved to meet them - even for a minute or two. Found it very difficult to watch the television as it was on a side wall. There was only one comfortable chair so the person lying on the bed ended up with a stiff neck.

Absolutely adored the birdsong and the lush jungle-feel all around the property. Loved the fact that we could slip down to the convenience store a few metres down the hill. Also loved Arcadia Restaurant next to this store and walking along Palm Beach.

Very tiny studio with difficult access. You wouldn’t want to stay here with big bags or bad knees. No place to sit comfortably either for eating or laptop time. Bathroom tiny and dark and no laundry facilities.

A very bright property with extremely hospitable hosts. Well located for the bus around the island and a short downhill walk to the beach, shop & coffee.

Actually, there was nothing that I didn’t like.

The energy of the place was amazing. Surrounded by nature, I couldn’t enjoy much of the deck because it was raining but it was more than enough to be able to see the green from the big window.

Stunning romantic getaway for 2 newly weds. Couldn't fault it. Everything was thought of. The small things, a fully equipped kitchen, just bring the cheese, Cleanliness was 5*. There were little nooks where you could have some down time. A bunch of flowers on the bench, a touch of bougieness We found the local beach and dairy just a walk away. Would highly recommend

There was nothing we did not like but visitors need to be skilful drivers to park in a site which dips down the back. Anyone with knee issues may find the picturesque path meandering down to the studio a bit challenging. It is lit up at night so perfectly safe. Given the small (though attractive) space the rate could have been a little less.

We self catered and the kitchen had everything we needed. The images of the place were accurate and it was exactly the kind of quiet retreat we expected and wanted. Small but with a glorious outlook to the lush green outside large windows which gave a sense of being in the bush. Palm Beach is a short walk down the hill, a pretty small bay. It was a lovely place to return to after a busy time for a friend's birthday. For readers and nature lovers perfect quiet. Good linen on the very comfortable bed with the large picture window on the side to gaze out at will. The petite footprint was cleverly designed and there were two small decks to relax in.

Leaving

3rd stay at Boho Hill. Absolutely love it! Unfortunately this time unexpectedly I had to work half of each day during my stay but what a perfect place to do Team meetings from - set the laptop camera showing the beautiful background of NZ natives and made the worldwide team envious! Then, there was always time in the afternoon for a short stroll to the beach. Bliss! Thank you for yet another wonderful stay at a very magical and peaceful venue.
