There is some traffic noise at times, but it’s manageable and the rest of the property more than makes up for it.

Great location with several eateries in walking distance. Lovely outlook and clean and organised apartment.

no clothing rack in the apartment despite listed on the room facilitates, I called to asked for more hangers instead - luckily that the host was responsive and helpful about this, sent us a whole box.

second time i stay at this holiday apartment cause we loved the location and the easy access to the onsen! the apartment is clean but, the cookwares were a bit wore bit they were good to use regardless. parking is easy and the host has let us parked for extra hours because we got a flat tyre - really appreciated your understanding and help!

Just a couple of things; The ensuite shower was a little small, my husband has a build of a front rower so it was quite small for moving around in a tight space & not enough coat hangers & drawer storage if staying for 5 nights.

It was like staying at a hotel but with extras & location was perfect! Public transport was just outside the apartments so it was perfect 👌😀

Not as advertised, said two rooms with ensuites but only one ensuite. Second room was more a utility room with no window and bathroom across the hall so no real privacy for the second couple. Also when I reviewed the photos in the advert it was clear that the dining table had been moved to make living area appear bigger than it was. Overall not ideal for two couples but probably good for one couple. Also the lack of onsite staff was a real pain when small problems arose and became stressful because there was no help available to fix them. Lastly mobile coverage was very poor and it took a while to be able to download the online instructions on how to connect to the wifi and do other things. Sometimes traditional ways are better than a modern approach that is not practical

Modern, clean, decent kitchen

Surprisingly, the kitchen sink wasn't too cleaned properly. There were food particles left and took a picture of it as proof. Also noticed people partying one level below us thought there shouldn't be any loud music after 10pm according to the house rules. It stopped at around 12 mn. Please be aware this place has no air-conditioning unit so it's pretty toasty inside as the heating is centralized in the entire building. Two electric fans were provided to us however, I still woke up in the middle of the night sweating and it's still spring, can't imagine the heat when it's summer. To manage the heat, we had to open the sliding glass and/or windows each time we come home to ventilate the apartment or leave the windows open before going out. That should be something to consider especially with smaller children. I would recommend this place during winter season but wouldn't recommend it during spring or summer unless you won't mind the heat.

The place is well decorated and homey with a modern design. It's close to Shotover Jet and walking distance to Onsen Pools. It is also self check-in and check-out.

needs better cell ph reception as I had to go to the living room area close to the sliding door to get a signal and even that was weak reception

the location had excellent views and was away from the city and close to coronet peak so was able to cross the road to the bus stop and catch the bus to the ski fields
