There is not much to say in regards to dislikes, I just wish i could bring my big, well-behaved dog to stay.

I love the location. The views are magnificent. The atmosphere is relaxing. It is private, there is always car parking.

Hair dryer was broken and dangerous, needs repair. Shower facilities were under par. No shelf for products and soap dispenser was tucked in on the floor behind the bather.

The room decription was not entirely correct, at least for our apartment. There wa s no washing machine or dish washer in the room.

Room/aprtment was very nice and comfortable. Location is realy nice right by the lake. Staff is very supportive.

Ensuite in every room. Really big living area. Has a bath tub. Lake front. 10 minutes to town, 6 minutes to the Remarkables shopping centre, 10 minutes to the airport. Plenty of car parks

The trade off for the great location is that the apartment is close to the main road into Queenstown so was occasionally noisy at night

Handy location to both Queenstown and Five Mile/Airport. Right beside like and lakeside track. Comfortable bed and all the facilities required for a short stay.

What didn't I like. Didn't like leaving and going home but that's life. To be real picky would be very small fridge although adequate and small space to make coffee but that is being picky. Basic TV channels but who goes to Q'town to watch TV. I had Skygo and with very good WiFi so that wasn't a problem. That was a struggle to come up with that

Location is close to Frankton ( 2 km's ) so out of the madness that is central Q'town and impossible parking unless onsite. It was right on the lakefront walk / bicycle track that links to 160 km's of tracks around Q'town , to Kelvin Heights , opposite side of lake in direct view, links to old Skippers bridge and onto Arrowtown ( plus to the bungy jump and then the various wineries ) and or lake Hayes as well as a pleasant 5km ride/walk into Q'town gardens which is right by the centre of town. Been many times and love riding all the tracks although this time was a short stay so didn't take the bike. Probably around 3 km's from the airport by road, right on the water front by the Marina with a couple of very handy coffee spots and a top notch cafe ( we didn't go but has top reviews) plenty of parking, easy too access , very comfortable, very clean with excellent shower pressure , very quiet apart from the planes , flight path over the water to airport 2 km's ? away, but never heard anything after 9.00 ish , not that it was noisy anyway. Occasional siren as the main road Q'town-Frankton very close but again nothing at all. For those that don't need or want to be in the centre of Q'town this is an excellent spot and especially so for those into biking or walking as the track is right outside the front door. Frankton has all the shopping centres and a few fast food outlets as well as cafes and restaurants all with ease of access and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend it as a very convenient, very pleasant spot as well as exceptionally clean and comfortable with lots of parking as well as a convenient bus stop 2 mins away.

I needed an iron and board but didnt realise there wasnt one until the morning I wanted it. One was offered to be dropped off later in the day. I got by with a smile to a neighbour and borrowed theirs.

Didn’t receive our message about our Apt. Nbr, then the code didn’t match . Thankfully one of the residents in the complex was kind enough to lend us her phone so we could call someone to assist us, as our NZ phone stopped working. Fridge great but too hot with no ventilation. Cutlery, crockery mismatched (probably because guests steal them 🙄) Could not open windows during heatwave, so we were forced to use AC, would prefer fresh air. These are not supposed to be critical comments, just suggestions for future. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

I felt the booking description was not 100% accurate. Nobody onsite to ask questions. Maintenance onsite questionable eg. bins not cleared, washing machine leaking. Studio very limited facilities for catering....restaurants not within easy walking distance.

The scenery outside was absolutely stunning and there were barbecues tgat could be used.
