Plumbing was loud from rooms above, hallway noise easily travelled into the room at night, extremely limited parking, without a lake view the rooms have a pretty depressing view, location is a fair walk into town

The Juliet balcony is just for viewing scenery. Having larger balcony's with outdoor seating would have added that extra level awe

The QT has an awesome inviting vibe from the minute you walk in the doors. Staff so friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the Lake King on the 8th floor. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful ... if you didn't look down and see the carpark. They have however tried to make this better by not allowing cars to park in certain areas. The room was lovely modern and clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided great cold options, hot food was lacking heat.

The Ladies (Louisa and Huyen) at reception went above and beyond to make a potentially frustrating time (airline losing one's luggage). The Ladies' helpful gestures, no matter time of day, really fits the QT ethos. It eased the frustration with the airline. Such assets to the hotel. I also appreciated the option of forgoing housekeeping in exchange for dinning credit. Great initiative I wished more hotels offered.

Filtered water should be available without paying for expensive bottles in the bar fridge.

The staff were very accomodating and made our multiple birthday celebrations feel that much more special.

Pillows were too soft for me and was unable to get a firmer one....unlike some hotels that offer a pillow menu.

There were a few odd things missing, like teaspoons or sugar for the tea and coffee facilities. The shower pressure wasn't as strong as expected.

Beautiful views and luxurious accommodation. Excellent location as less than a 10 minute (flat) walk into town! We stayed for our wedding anniversary and felt very spoilt during our stay. Beds were nice and comfortable too.

Shower door didn’t close and water went all over floor including in front of the toilet. there was roadworks directly outside room which was loud.

The service in the restaurant was slow and inattentive. The front desk staff seemed new and uninformed when we had questions upon arrival regarding parking and getting the sofa bed made for my son. It took several requests to get service.

Breakfast was a little disappointing in range and none of the options were labelled so we had to guess what some things were!

Rooms are luxurious with beautiful touches including wine, chocolate, Kevin Murphy toiletries and a Dyson hairdryer. Large room with sofa, table and plenty room to spread out. After a day's skiing it was so nice to come back to the warmth and luxury of the hotel. We had lake views which were stunning and a cute Juliet balcony. The breakfast room has stunning views as does the bar.

From first glance in reception, this hotel is just like the photo's! It is funky and colourful. We were situated on the 9th floor, and although we didnt have any views, the room itself was beautiful and very modern. The bed was super comfy, loved that the room had a seperate sofa and ample space for all out personal belongings. The bathroom was HUGE! I loved that it had a bath seperate to the shower. The staff were all super helpful and very welcoming. Plus the location was a short 4-5 minute walk from the heart of Queenstown!
