Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesFor a hotel conference Centre we felt that they should have provided shuttle service from Auckland airport. The airport itself is a complete mess, disorganized, poor directions provided and Very difficult to locate taxi’s which were located about 1/2 mile from terminal.

New ZealandOur room was partially behind buildings, next time I will ask to be higher up and towards the end of the building so we have a better view.
We have stayed at The Parnel conference centre several times, it is one of our favorite stays. We love the view and having a terrace to enjoy. There is plenty of car parking and the cafe is so convenient for coffees, breakfast and room service.

It felt like (even though the window was frosted), you were exposed from the waist up when having a shower especially when the sun was streaming in first thing in the morning! The busy main road is on the other side of that window. Bathroom privacy needed here.

New ZealandThe only thing you could improve on is the barista skills. The coffee was not that good and they didn’t use the barista specific coconut milk. It’s called Alpro Barista Coconut milk. My suggestion would be to either swap to that or take coconut milk off the menu because the one you are using is not good tasting. Other than that I love your Hotel and I will definitely be back. Thank you
