Not within their control but there are major site works going on a few doors down. Noise was within business hours and never intolerable. I think it's already noted somewhere on the listing but just in case...

We had a fantastic 3N/4D stay here. Location was 10/10 (like a minute walk to CBD), easy to access, on-site car parking, was warmed up ahead of arrival, facilities were everything we needed and communication was great etc. etc. etc. Wouldn't hesitate to return again!! Thanks :)

Parking was OK but a worker from next door took one of the car spaces one day. We were out for the day and it was still parked there but it was gone later. Parking on the street is very difficult.

Location of the property was excellent. Only a short walk to the wharf area with many choices of restaurants.

The view from the property was gorgeous, and the location was ideal. Judt a few strps from restaurants and shops. The apartment had extra amenities and was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

Close to main area of Queenstown. Easy flat walk. Comfortable bed, great sized lounge room and bathroom. Convenient to everything on offer. A convenience store close by. Loads of restaurants, bars and shopping! A washing machine in the building is a bonus. Samantha was great to deal with. Loved our stay!!

No instructions and phone in the room. No daily cleaning (once every two days). The smell of incense is weird when we enter the room. No reception, can only contact with message and phone.

The facilities are clean and new! The staff always respond shortly and helpful! Near the shops and restaurants which is very convenient. The lake view is fantastic!

We were extremely happy with the apartment (Unit 3 on level 1). It felt new, very modern and furnished to a high standard. Loved the separate bedroom with a king sized bed and during the night the apartment was surprisingly quiet given the busy road out front. The unit was spotlessly clean with room service offered every second day. The view from the apartment was amazing, we enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the balcony most mornings and evenings. The location was also perfect, it only took a few minutes to walk into town. We would definitely stay again!!

A lot of traffic on the road out front. Staff were not attentive and did not clean room one and did not provide paper towels on the next.

The only downside is parking. The property has only about 4 private parking spaces available and they are quite easy to be occupied. However, parking seems to be a luxury in Queenstown, especially during high seasons so I can't really blame them for this one.

I can hardly fault them. Spacious room and beautiful view from the balcony. Great facility including dishwasher and laundry. Great communication throughout the whole process.

Location couldn’t be better, tucked away but only five minutes from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown! Perfect for NYE, we had a lovely spot to watch the fireworks across the road by the lake.

Amazing location few mins walk into town. Apartment was perfect with balcony overlooking lake. Blackout in bedroom which was great for our baby as it stays light so late. Staff were amazing checked us in early and supplied a baby bath and high chair. Would definitely stay here again.

Straight across the road from the lake, with easy steps down to a little ‘beach’ area. Swam everyday, even in the refreshingly cool Wakatipu Lake. We had a balcony room and enjoyed doing nothing watching the waves and the view.

We hadn’t realised there is a building site next door but apparently there is information about it on the property’s own website. Our apartment was right next to the building work so it was very loud when they were working but luckily, as it was the weekend, they finished work early and didn’t work on Sunday so it wasn’t as bad as we’d feared on arrival. The team at the property were very understanding and helpful and we were pleased we decided to stay. Clearly this is beyond their control but just something to be aware of when booking (perhaps go for an apartment at the other side of the building) as the work will be continuing for several months more.

The property is in a great location with fabulous lake views and an easy 5 minute walk into town. The apartment was really nicely furnished and equipped and the laundry facilities were excellent - very fast, efficient and free. The staff are very friendly and efficient and communication from the point of booking to arrival and beyond is excellent.
