The stairs are quite steep for carrying our luggage up. But it’s ok as you only need to do it once.

The apartment is filled with hospitality. We enjoyed the living area and rooms with fantastic view. The bed linens felt very comfy, and the bathrooms are spacious, and with the heated rollers. It felt like home away from our home. The host was kind enough to send us a bottle of wine and chocolate upon arrival which was a nice surprise. You’d enjoy every minute of your stay!

The location of the house is amazing. We bought some foods from PakNSave then had our breakfast and dinner at home with an awesome view, mountain plus lake and sometime plane take off in front.

Nothing. Check out at 10am but it is usual and understandable. It would be fantastic to be able to stay until 11am :)

The view, the heater outside, the bathroom for each room. The quality of the facilities and the comfort or the entire house. Easy check-in, clean, and well-appointed.

The coffee machine was leaking water. There were no red and yellow bins to dispose waste. The carpets seemed a bit dusty. The property was over 2 floors so lugging our luggage up and down was a task.

Everything including its location with views of both lakes and the mountains. It is well equipped with all the amenities, well stocked kitchen. Had 1 lovely sit out and a back terrace.

The cleaner definitely sprayed way too much sanitizer and the smell was bit choking :(

There was an unhappy surprise when we arrived but it was sorted out eventually. The view was truly stunning and the facility was probably one of the best during our stay in NZ.

The house has three floors. The bedrooms are on the second floor (there are two) and the third floor (there is one). The living room and kitchen are on the third floor. No lift

The house is in a very quiet area, the house is very nice, spacious and clean; The six of us cook, wash; The landlord responded quickly, the accommodation was convenient, and everything was satisfactory. The landlord also sent red wine and chocolate, very tasty and delicious.

Kitchen and living space is located on the highest floor of the house, hence this might be something you'll need to factor in if you're travelling with elders within your group.

Lovely space with great views, sufficient space to park 2 cars. Despite the quiet location, place is located near to the town hence getting day to day items and grocery was easy. Kitchen has all the equipments needed to cook up a simple meal even if you're travelling in a group. Host was nice to prepare wine & chocolates for us. Easy to check-in, and host is responsive!

Almost nothing. It is at the top of a very steep road so be careful, but this is how you get the amazing views. For older travellers, the stairs may be a little tricky.

This is one of the best apartments in Queenstown. Very comfortable apartment, everything you could ever need has been thought of. Would cater well for younger families too. It is over three levels so be prepared for the stairs. However, the views are amazing, the lake stunning. You can see to the airport and were able to watch the planes coming and going over the lake through the huge windows. We were lucky to have a week of blue skies and sunshine, which is a bit rare at this time of the year. Close to everything you could want including shops, restaurants, airport and ski fields.
