Being in city you know its going to be noisy, but we were right above pub so better sound proofing would have been nice.

The facilities all were in need of an upgrade. Washer dryer wasn't v good at all and I'd booked there so I could get some laundry done as on a long trip. It seemed expensive for what you got. The apartment was tired and not like photos.

You can smell strong chlorine from the water,, which made my skin dry and itchy. The sofa was a bit too old the fabric started to tear and the foam already collapsed which made it uncomfortable to sit. Unfortunately if you want to watch TV, you cannot watch it from the bed. Sitting on the sofa was the only choice. The place is so convenient but after 6pm, a lot of selfish people started to scream and and play loud music on the street until 3 to 4am and police sirens as well, in the middle of every night.. The 2 in 1 laundry washer/dryer could not dry, leaving me all wet laundry after turning the dry cycle on for 6 hours. There is no laundry zip liine or any other alternative place for me to hang wet clothes. Drove me crazy. I could not stand the noise and the water. It should be a 5 night stay and I moved to another hotel on the 4th & 5th night.

The way the bathroom is set up getting into the shower was a bit of a squeeze, it would be good if the towel rail could be moved further back to accomodate this

Had access to main carpark once checked in but only room for a few cars in front of apartments to quickly park, run in to check in then drive around the block because access to underground carpark is in driveway before short term park. We arrived early but it was still busy with many people checking in and parking at the same time. It’s a very busy street so just something to be mindful of.

We chose Capital because of close proximity to Convention Centre. Room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. Free parking was great and short walk to main spots in South Brisbane. We would stay here again.

Very loud party noise from outside on Friday and Saturday night, but that would probably be the same in every hotel in this area. We also struggled to use the dryer as it stopped every couple minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was very good -close to the ferry terminal, restaurants, shopping area. It was pretty quiet on Sunday night.

The noise level on the street was really loud. It was hard to get to because of the road works in the city. The parking is not located onsite. For those with accessibility requirements, it would be tricky to park and get to the hotel due to the hill the parking is on.

Smaller than pictured but ok for us for one night. Bed too hard but could be personal preference.

Great location and comfortable cot available for our baby. Staff were helpful and room met our needs for one night stay.

Not enough space in the area where the bed is through to the bathroom. No parking at the property, paid $30 for overnight parking 3 minute walk down the road

Noise from nearby night clubs, interior could be a bit of an update esp the bathroom.

How convenient the tv could be swayed from the lounge to the bedroom and the location.
