A new modern hotel. Excellent front desk staff who answered all of our questions about local venues and things to do. Room was spotless and overlooked a schoolyard and the Remarkable mountain range. Parking could be a problem, but we were able to find spots every time, but clearly that was not always going to be the case. Dining in the area within walking distance a little limited, but available. If you're flying, it's very near the airport.

The completeness of the unit; washer/dryer, fridge oven and stove, made the stay as comfortable and useful as possible. The stunning views don’t disappoint ,and the gym access was another bonus. The grocery store and restaurants in walking distance was a big plus as well.

The intercom system for late check in seems like the speaker was a little broken, so it was difficult to understand the person we were speaking to.

Location was great because it had easy bus access to the airport, but also was within walking distance if you don't want to wait for the bus. Also, the staff accommodated a late check in using the lock box, but made sure our bags were already placed in our room (we had stashed them at the hotel before doing that Milford Track).

Limited parking space. When you arrive in the evening parking is hard to find.

Spacey rooms and hardly any noise from planes and airport is close by.

The parking was available but limited, construction taking place on car park side of apartments.

Quest apartments were wonderfully clean and modern. The studio apartment was a great size. Great location for the airport and if you are travelling by car around Queenstown area.

A very long wait to get someone to answer the intercom after 5;30 when we tried to check-in.

Parking may be a bit iffy during peak. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours talking. Could provide a few more kitchen cutlery and tools

We loved everything about this property, it’s like a small apartment which has everything you need even for a long stay: separate bathroom, kitchen with washing machine, comfortable bed. Closely located to the airport. The property is recently renovated. The staff Is really nice, we got a room upgrade with the mountain view. Will definitely come there again.

The location was perfect as the starting and finishing point for our cycle around the central otago rail trail. The staff were extremely helpful and were more than happy for us to store our bike bags and suit case while we did the trail over 4 days. The shuttle that picked us up to take us to the beginning of the trail appreciated the location too - very easy for them to get their vans into/out of with minimal traffic. Nice and close to the airport but no airport sounds at all. Close to restaurants so you don't actually have to go into Queenstown but if you do want to then you can catch a bus (make sure you have cash for that) or a taxi. Highly recommended

Only drawback for some people would be the distance from city centre.

Lovely newish accommodation. Very clean and comfortable. Just near airport if that is what you needed. But very quiet as they don't have many flights. Would definitely stay again.
