Absolutely amazing accomodation. beautiful rooms and so well equipped. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and we immediately felt welcome. The attached restaurant was also good with lovely staff. We were provided with an excellant continental breakfast in a basket for the following morning. The only problems was that the bread was still warm from the oven and we ate most of it straight away as it was so good.

Comfortable, clean, peaceful and welcoming. The staff could not have tried any harder to make our visit enjoyable and relaxing. Lovely luxury in the middle of luscious green trees & ferns and beautiful views if the mountains.

This is really minor, but the fridge was pretty noisy at night, however I'm not really sure how that could be avoided.

Absolutely loved all the little extras that were complimentary - like the beer/wine/ breakfast / treats - these really just made the stay a lot more special and were a great example of a little something that goes a long way

Overall it really is a fab place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere a bit special. You get what’s in the brochure!

The room was gorgeous, laid out really well and was super comfortable. The view was amazing - we loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. The bathroom was nice and big. Breakfast was fab. It’s a lovely spot. And we loved the fact that the car is parked under the tree hut - made packing up in the rain a cinch! 😊

Location is amazing surrounded by native bush and birdsong, along with a chorus of cicadas! Restaurant on site was good, very nice atmosphere. Being able to bring our small dog with us was amazing :) Nice to have complimentary wine on arrival and the basic continental breakfast that was delivered was good.

Rainforest Retreat is absolutely beautiful! the whole grounds are set in amongst the bush with cute little walkways everywhere and hidden gems along the trails.

We were informed about the Spa pool not working and we’re offered a discount which we accepted, we also got given a voucher for the restaurant but there was no outside dining and it looked very disorganised so we went to Alice May instead. The bed was terrible mattes well used !!! needs replacing, the underfloor heating on one bathroom did not work and the TV volume buttons were around the wrong way. We did not appreciate someone just going into our room without knocking on our second night to drop off the breakfast basket that was not good and a real let down as we like our privacy, they should have knocked on the door.

Would have preferred a privacy screen on the balcony between units. Felt like we were unable to avoid looking into the neighbours.

Bed was quite hard but main issue was the bedding. The bed only had a summer sheet and a winter weight duvet and no other options at all. So you would be ok in the middle of Summer or Winter but we went in Spring so we were too cold with only the sheet but absolutely cooked with the Duvet on. Shame as everything else was fabulous

Loved the rainforest retreat deluxe, I wish we could stay a bit longer. We checked in a lil late but Mel at reception was so helpful and gave us directions to the sauna and spa. Such a nice room with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again

We didn’t get an opportunity to see or do as much on site as we’d have preferred as it there was a huge storm and we only had a short visit. We will be back to explore further!
