No storage ie drawers for clothes, poor selection of tv channels, only 3 chairs for possibly four guests. Generally, apart from the fact that there was nowhere to unpack, it was a nice hotel with great views.

They don't respect the price given during booking. They charged me 26 NZD extra for the use of a foreign credit card, which i see as an extra fee that should've been included in the booking price. The gym was very limited and the bike machine out of service.

They said that parking is available, but miss out the fact that as long as you pay . And only limited parking

Not much we didn't like. Service and facilities were decent, not particularly outstanding. Staff was helpful and checked the boxes.

The staff attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly in general. The staff during my check in lacked any positive customer service skills; for example the check in clerk snapped "that's for me" when I picked up the check in contract to read the T&Cs I was signing for, not expecting me to read it and sign blindly. The rooms were in good condition and generally clean, expect that the bins had not been emptied and I checked into a room with someone's used sanitary pad waiting for me in the bathroom. I was moved into a different room but the resolution process was slow and frustrating. The bed was only reasonably comfortable, which did not meet my expectations for the price of the accommodation.

Excellent location and well maintained hotel generally. Very convenient.

The bathroom layout wasn’t great, the door opened and kept banging into the the toilet. The bar fridge made a lot of noise at night and so did the aircon (made an annoying clicking noise every night when I was going to sleep).

Location was easy enough - short incline walk out of town and very manageable. Room itself was great to have a view over the lake.

Lounge was very uncomfortable and didn't seat 4 people even though it was a 2 bed apartment. TV was sooooo small. Don't come here with your ski gear!

Tidy and good cafe. This is a solid budget hotel. Rooms are low spec and small but it's new so they are still in good condition.

No proper heating in rooms. Toilets too small for such expensive hotels. If you are charging such high price parking should be free. Also location is such that you need a car to go out everytime. In advertisement it should not mention central. It is misleading

Towels were terrible - small and well worn. Parking was a problem - We had to find our own parking space in side streets around the hotel.

Room was a great size. Like that room had washing machine and dryer.

For me the bed was too 'made' - too many pillows/cushions and the covers are tucked extremely tightly under the mattress - I prefer them loose, but pulling them out at bed time required a lot of strength!

Really nice hotel in an excellent location in Queenstown - a short walk to the centre of town. Very friendly staff. The place was very clean.

There was a lack of customer service and some of the front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. Also there’s is no one available at the desk before 7am or after 10pm.

Room was spacious, well appointed and we had a view of the lake. It was not in city center but it was an easy walk. There was also a restaurant and bar on premises and pickup for tours was just across the street.

Rooms are very small for the price. No room for luggage even with small bags. Limited floor space around bed.

There were no drawers in the room except for a tiny one in bedside cabinets so had to live out of our cases. Only 2 hangers in the wardrobe and when we asked for more we got another 3…

Good location, easy walk into Queenstown centre. Nice view of the mountains from our room. Overall a reasonably priced and nice stay!
