Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaRoom could have used some colour or artwork on the walls (entirely painted in white). We also only had a small window overlooking the car park, although there appear to be better rooms that open into the interior courtyard. Staff was helpful, but more on the formal rather than friendly side.
Great location near the main dining district and waterfront parks. Comfortable rooms with large bathroom/shower.

AustraliaDouble booked our mineral pool time so we had to wait another hour. Website shows restaurant open for lunch however that is not the case anymore. Only breakfast and dinner.
Location is exceptional. Walking distance to Eat Street. Plenty of free parking. Lots of pool options including an indoor mineral pool. Loved the ground level room so we didn't have to lift bags upstairs. Very quiet.

GermanyNo bigger complaints as we enjoyed our stay. As a hint, the restaurant staff looses the overview when a bit more guests want breakfast. Buffett items did not get replaced when empty.
Nice and comfortable room with a separate bedroom, nice furniture. Hotel has a heated pool and even a spa you can reserve for a private spa time. Good breakfast selection, parking free of charge. Location very close to a lot of restaurants.
