We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe shower in upstairs room wasn't able to be adjusted,stuck at that height. The bins in garage were already half full when we arrived from other guests and so after our 5 night stay they were very ripe-especially as garage gets very hot during the day. The upstairs room was very hot,even with windows open,maybe a fan could be put up there. After a few days with 5 adults using the toilets it tends to get a bit smelly-a suggestion is to leave some toilet duck for guests to freshen up the toilet,or even a rim block put in the bowl. These are not complaints,just observations-my family and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.
Great location with stunning view of the lake.House is over 3 floors and is very spacious.Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom had shampoo and body wash included.Only a short drive into town or 40 minute walk-uphill on way back,but being up a hill means great views. Very comfortable beds and hot showers. We didn't have any towels on upstairs bed so I called the number we were given and the cleaners brought some over to us,very quick response time.

The location was very convenient between the airport and Queenstown. the view was spectacular and the property was very comfortable.

The property was amazing with incredible views of the lake and mountains. We had a party of 2 adults and 4 young adults. The layout was fantastic with 3 levels of living. The parents retreat on the 3rd level with our own lounge and bathroom. The 2nd level living area and kitchen and the lower level perfect for our older children with their own space and bathroom. Every room had spectacular views, heating and privacy. We loved our stay there and will definetley stay again!

AustraliaNetflix does not work.Masters bedroom on the top floor was too hot for us,no aircon just a stand fan during our stay (late Dec temperature outside 20deg celcius average)there is a window though to regulate airflow but just noisy if you’re a light sleeper.Be aware that you are expected to bring the Bins for bin collection (Wednesday)all the way up a steep hill & back, there was no mention of these on the listing nor the terms of condition. The blankets/throw in the closet were smelly and needs laundering. The teflon frying pans are all unusable as the teflon coating are all burnt and scratched.
Clear instructions and communication for stress free self check in and check out. The property has beautiful views in all rooms. The pictures are very accurate and that is the highlight of this house. Furnitures is as depicted on the listing too. It’s Located up on the hillside in a quiet neighbourhood.overall comfortable stay for family of 6.

AustraliaUnfortunately there were a few things that didn’t meet acceptable standards, when renting accommodation at this level of expense. A few maintenance issues let it down, the shower head in the downstairs bathroom was loose and didn’t sit upright, a simple screwdriver, would have fixed this. There wasn’t a cutlery basket in the dishwasher, making it unusable. Worst of all thought, where were the blankets? In a country of sheep, not one woolen blanket to be found. This was the end of June and it was cold, upstairs only had one light doona, but we were saved by the electric blankets. Downstairs no such luck only light doonas and token throw rugs, these did not suffice. We had a wonderful, action packed week enjoying all the delights of Queenstown, we went out early everyday and weren’t returning until evening, we didn’t have time to be waiting around for maintenance men or deliveries to arrive, this isn’t what we paid for, so be very cautious if you choose this property.
Wow, this place is stunning, the view is outstanding and it ticked all the boxes regarding layout and requirements for our family of six. Upstairs has a large bedroom, lounge, tv, oil filled heater and bathroom, middle level is mostly a well supplied kitchen, dining for six and comfortable lounge area with large tv on the wall and air conditioning, there is a balcony off the living area with a bbq and table, but we didn’t use this area during our stay. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and bathroom. There is a washing machine & dryer in the garage.
