Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The Manager was exceptionally funny 💯 exceptionally helpful when faced with an unexpected extra person due to transport issues. The room was disability friendly,as I suffered a stroke last year. So the room my husband and I were booked into had a sliding door entry to the bathroom and also had a wet floor Shower at no extra cost to what was advertised. Was truly amazing 10 out of 10. Thank you ❤️ Rosewood Court Motel for the exceptional accommodation. Oh I'd like to also mention that we had a phone call not long after checking out to inform us that there was jewellery left in one of the rooms we booked. So their also TRUSTWORTHY 👍. Love it 😍

The owner was so friendly, because we stayed 2 nights he gave us an upgrate studio with a spa bath for the same price. Bed was comfy. We could not here the noise from the road so we slept realy well.
