No escalator or lift. So if the Room is on first floor, one need to carry the luggage upstairs. The steps aren't too difficult though.

Superb Inn. All facilities including parking and Laundry. Very good location. Superb Chinese restaurant in the same premises.

I left the please make up my room sign on the door hoping beds would be made but it wasn't, towels were replaced though. No spare towels were available for the pool either.

Awesome location being right by Skyline. The room was perfect for family. The kids enjoyed the warm pool aswell, bonus having a bath after a long day out.

Everything! Easy parking, stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a spa. The electric blankets came in handy as it was really cold during our stay, location was quite central and easy to get around. Perfect stay, was kind enough to let us check out a bit later due to having a sick child really appreciated the compassion. Amazing customer service 😊

Rotorua smell....

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, enough towels and kitchen stuff. Reception n housekeeping staffs were lovely. Location was perfect, easily accessible to many great activities,tours, restaurants, stores, etc.

Absolutely nothing. Couldn't complain about a thing. The price was really reasonable and the room and area were more than adequate for what we paid.

Lots of towels, very comfortable bed, lovely clean room. Great wi-fi and smart TV that I could sign into my google account through. Service was very friendly and competent. Booked and paid through website which streamlined the entire process. Checkin lasted a couple of minutes, as did checkout.

The shower is over a tub which made access tricky whilst avoiding a fall (didn’t fall but this is simply my personal experience as a plus size person). The glass on the side was not really effective as the shower water went straight onto the floor.

Loved that it was ground level, had its own spa pool, clean and tidy, had everything that you needed and was super close to differing shops with a gas station right across the road.

Paid for room with spa but spa jets weren't very good. Private courtyard looked ugly with cracks n holes in the privacy wall. Couldn't get sauna unit to work after a cold swim. Having mobility room bathroom meant floor was hard to keep dry

It's a bit further from the town but this was reflected in the price.

The accommodation was clean and bright with plenty of space. Plenty of hot water to fill the hot tub , which felt private in it's courtyard. The on site swimming pool is quite small but ideal for a family with children to enjoy. The on site Japanese restaurant was fun and the food was good. There was plenty of parking

Asure was comfortable, clean, affordable and welcoming. Tyler - the receptionist is beyond and above. Her welcoming smile, cheerfulness and fantastic customer service is memorable. To meet such an amazing person as the first point of call is just awesome. We booked one night, decided to stay another. Tyler had a bit of an issue with a slow computer system that morning but assured me she would get it sorted and she absolutely did. She is the very best. Thank you Tyler. You are an asset to Asure and I hope you are recognized for that. There was also one other lady (sorry I didnt get her name) we were changed rooms on our 2nd night and she popped in to see if we were happy with our room. That was so nice of her as she didnt need to check on us at all.
