Nothing really

While the motel was fairly basic it met all our needs and provided a comfortable experience. Didn't need to go far for food: Oppies Fish and Chips Chinese Restaurant only 10-20 metres away, a great dining experience - excellent food, at reasonable prices.

Nothing I did not like. Maybe the bathroom sink not draining properly was a negitive but I did not complain about it last time so wont this time

Smart TV. I doubt all there rooms have it, but mine did and I thought it was great

The main lightbulb in the room was broken, the heater was hard to turn off, the bathroom fan wasn't working, the pool did not look particularly inviting. To be honest it was a bit dingy overall but it worked for a short stay and I can't say we raised these issues as we were out most of the day and didn't stay long.

The location was nice enough and we were excited for the spa bath. We were able to check in a little early. It was nice to have milk in the room for a tea.

Room was clean other than the kitchen sunk it still had food in the drain, bed was a bit hard, location was good as it was close to where I needed to be.

The regulator tap on the shower was hard to adjust. Housekeeping walked in on my friend while getting dressed.

Nothing to complain about, I did miss the entrance driveway first time and drove round the block but no problem.

We only stayed one night and it was comfortable, felt safe and the cat came to meet us when we arrived and came to our room in the morning to say goodbye when we were leaving.

Location within walking distance of CBD and lake. Second time using it as a base for the marathon weekend.

The facilities were in need of an upgrade. ( noisy plumbing) ! The shrubs which fronted the building were in need of lopping as they were making the room dark

nothing major i booked 3rooms , the boys had room nmbr 11 the bathroom had no door lock just a suggestion if they can put locks for privacy

Had a broken fan that needed to lean against the wall to stay up. The bed was noisy, shower face kept moving up therefore had to use it manually.

The parking is very tight, especially in a big ute wouldnt be good if you aren't a confident driver.

Nice and easy. The owner was very accommodating for us as travel took longer than we anticipated. The room was basic but warm and had everything you'd need for a night away. Even on a busy street, the street doors were kept at a minimum if you kept the kitchen and bathroom door closed. The pool was tepid, and none of us braved the swim, but the spa was at a lovely temp, allowing us all to sit and relax.

The smell of sulphur everywhere from thermal springs. No face washers with towels. Room outdated but clean. Very warm due to thermal heaters not being able to be turned off. TV'S need to be updated.

Was better than previous reviews. Location was convenient to all services. Staff very helpful and informative. Was as expected from a 3star facility
