Check-in was smooth with on time messages from the property management. House was fully furnished with everything you needed to feel home. Breathtaking view from all three levels of the house. We really enjoyed our stay.

The fire alarm was beeping in the master bedroom upstairs. We believe it was indicating that it was low battery. Also we struggled to understand the oven although not too major 😁

Everything was really nice as shown in the photos, great location, me and the boys had a great time relaxing.

Very difficult to get the TV working, there was no sound with no instructions on how to make it work, but with such great views why would you need the TV.

The layout of the property was good, sited on a hill with fantastic views of the Remarkables and Lake. Good amenities.

We stayed there with 3 of my friends for 5 days. What an amazing HOME. Everything from check in information to staying there was an amazing experience. Beautiful location with amazing view of the lake and serene house in the hills. Wonderful arrangements and everything well thought out by the owner. Everything was where it should have been , didnt need to call or contact anyone for anything during the stay, which shows how wonderful the owner/host is in planning everything. I would highly recommend it for bigger families , it has capacity easily sleep 8-10 peoples with enough room for everyone. Well done

Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was not as pleasant as we had hoped. There were several issues that negatively impacted our experience. Firstly, the parking space provided was not suitable. In order to park, we had to drive over a road kerb, which was inconvenient and potentially damaging to our vehicle. This lack of proper parking facilities was frustrating. Additionally, we had difficulties with the heating in the apartment. The lounge heater was set on a timer, shutting down every three hours. This was inconvenient, especially during colder nights when we would wake up to a cold living area. Furthermore, the small heater in the top master bedroom was insufficient to adequately heat the entire room, making it uncomfortable to sleep without additional blankets or layers. The hot water supply in the apartment was another issue we encountered. With seven people staying in the apartment, the hot water did not cater to everyone's needs. Often, the second last person to shower would be left with cold water, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the layout of the apartment was unsafe in some areas. The top bedroom with two beds had a fire chimney located at the bottom, which heated up and raised concerns regarding the safety of anyone staying in that room, especially children. This was a major issue that made us feel concerned and uneasy. When comparing the photos on the website to the actual apartment, there was a noticeable discrepancy. The appearance portrayed on the website did not accurately reflect the state of the building, which seemed to be poorly maintained. This lack of proper maintenance further contributed to our dissatisfaction with the apartment. Overall, our experience at this apartment was disappointing. The issues with parking, heating, hot water, and safety concerns with the chimney, along with the lack of proper maintenance, significantly impacted our enjoyment of our stay.

My only issue was I asked a couple of times for more blankets and got None. The bedding on the bed is very minimal for such a cold place. There are electric blankets on the bed but not all were working and not everyone liked to use them either in the middle of the night - which is when it gets really cold even in bed. Extra blankets/bedding in the house to use would have fixed that. There was adequate amount of bath towels for the week but only 1 tea towel and 1 cloth for the kitchen and no dishcloths at all. Saying this sounds petty but when you pay for accommodation like this - and its top end pricing - you don't expect to have to go and purchase tea towels and dishcloths. Or dishwasher capsules. Just a note: That there were food items in the pantry, having been left behind by other guests I guess, which are expired. Maybe that should all be removed as we just pushed it all to the back of the cupboard.

The view was wonderful, The Fire and stock of Firewood was great and lasted the week Location we knew we would need a car for this location so was fine but only takes 40 minutes to walk into town which was a good walk first thing in the morning. This accommodation is great for larger family An awesome selection of Movies as well for the evenings
