Housekeeping was a bit slack. Dishes outside room doors for a day and sheets piled in the hallway instead of being removed immediately.

The king suite was as big as an apartment but was only basically equipped. Breakfast was a reasonable buffet.

Room are very old style not upgraded. And daughter got bugs bites from bed.but after requesting they cleaned room deeply.

(G15)Some powerpoints didn't work, Spa had a leak, bathroom needed some maintenance, no microwave or cutlery.

Beds were comfortable, WiFi was quick, rooms are a good size, had a spa. Good air con. Great location.

A wait at check in for room to be serviced . Tried to phone reception re the spa bath that did not go-no response, pillows uncomfortable, basic TV channels or log into your own apps.

Close to all amenities. Balcony, air con, semi-blackout curtains, gym , quiet when closed up..spacious rooms-too big , water pressure in shower was the best. A bubble bath in th huge bath (spa did not go) kettle& coffee

Although room was big and had almost every thing (tv, ac, fridge etc) some of the things were bit outdated. Like bedside lights had no covers, chairs seats were bit worn, overall room was missing that flashy look.

Hotel location was good, near to everything. Hotel had lot of parking. Our room was big and the view from balcony was great.

A glass had some brown sticky residue in bottom, and another didnt look to clean. Shower had a couple of hairs on wall.

Not much in the kitchenette. Only had mugs and 2 teaspoons. No dish washing liquid or plates but there is a restaurant. Rust on the faucets in bathroom but still tidy and clean. Would be helpful to be given essential information at check in like WiFi password location or what stores are conveniently nearby etc.

Location was ideal and parking is great! Nice beds, good size room for our family and venue looks decent overall. Good to have air-conditioning and appreciate the access to our room.

The breakfast service was poor and food basic. The corridors were large and noisy.

The staff should be more welcoming and attempt more conversation. The TV remote was difficult to use as the markings were rubbing off and no longer visible.

The location was close to a lot of well known tourist destinations and easy to get around. The level of comfort was good along with the beds and facilities provided. The hotel was clean and well presented to guests

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, we went for breakfast at 8am each day and even though it was in the middle of the time range for breakfast, there was food that were not available , used up for the day. The plates were cold to put your warm food on. And the pastries by the last day of our stay had run out and the hotel didnt have any. We were very disappointed with breakfast.

FRONT DRIVEWAY. There is no signage for the correct direction of traffic. Health and safety issues. ROOM KITCHEN. There are not enough utensils for 3 guests. MILK. Recommend supplying a 300ml carton or more, please. ROOM KEY. Unable to re-enter room from 9am on check out day.
