Great location and great environment

I can’t think of anything significant to write here. There was only thing that was less than excellent. Both my travelling companion and myself managed to get ourselves locked out of the building because we did not have or remember the code for the main door.

The hosts are amazing. Kind, caring, thoughtful, helpful and generous. They went out of their way to provide for us and make our accommodation and stay work for us. Putting the drying room on for extra time and making external enquires to assist us while boarding on the mountain.

I would have loved a spa pool. But will still choose to go back there even though there is no spa.

The place had a really lovely feel. Also there were lots of board games, a pool table, table tennis. The hosts were absolutely lovely. The kitchen was much better than many I've been to.

The property was insanely clean and smells amazing, you can tell it’s been well taken care off. They have separated showers from toilet which is a plus and massive living room with fire place. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Definitely on the high level of backpacker style accommodation

Wish the showers were bigger! not a lot of room to get changed and to open/close the door. Few more power plugs would be appreciated in the 6 bed dorm.

Best host in National Park that there is. Awesome lounge area with tables for board games / cards / tv / pool table / table tennish and lots of sofas with the fireplace. Slowly getting refurbished and has a really lovely homely feel to it.

The wifi was basically non-existent in the rooms at the farther side of the hostel from the lounge. We were warned about this on arrival but it was absolutely the case that if you need wifi in your room, then be advised it is quite likely that you will not get any.

The property was pretty much as described and as the photos showed. The room was a 6-bed dorm and was fairly spacious and well-lit. Each person had a locker and the beds were comfortable, and there was a small shelf which allowed you to leave some valuables fairly close to your person as you are sleeping. The only downside of the room I stayed in was that there were limited charging ports and only located in one part of the room on a shelf. This is not ideal if staying with strangers. The kitchen was well-stocked but I suspect it would be a little bit on the cramped side if the hostel was at full occupancy.

The hotel is very good. But they wouldn't even let me wait in the hotel while I took the bus. So I had to wait for over 2 hours in the cold and rain. This is disrespectful and it's not done. I've never seen anything like it in my life. The lady from the hotel followed me into the kitchen when I wanted to collect my food to see if I was stealing. It's a disgrace, I don't call that being at the service of people. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, the location, the people, but I found it inappropriate to be refused permission to wait in the hotel for an hour while I caught my bus.

Its thr wifi that not reach our room amd back rooms lile kitchen. They should provide one more router at the backside of the lodge and all will be excellent.

For backpacker lodge, its clean and tidy with night hours make a good sleep in the night.

Stuff friendly. But if you have too many questions they act a bit annoyed. Just one charging plot for a six-bed Room? If you ask for multiple sockets they get angry. You can charge your phone in the Common Room - need an alarm to get up in the morning? (but funny - if you like to leave early in the morning the Common Room was closed (with a couch behind the door?!)) I was lucky that my roommate gave me his Powerbank to charge the phone in the room. You are not allowed to dry your clothes near the fireplace (just wanna dry my last socks so I have one for the next day. You can put them in the drying room, but not all of my clothes get dry in there, so the next day I had to wear wet clothes. Great.

The bad and pillows were not comfortable. We stay in a double room without bathroom which on my point of view was expensive for what it offered. We booked a shuttle to go ski and on the night before and again in the morning of the trip the driver anticipated our leave. We had to run a lot to not lost it.

Don’t like the bed that i slept in. Duvet not so good quality. Feels like i’m in a backpacker place.

The room was expensive for the minimal ammenities, our room only had literally 2 plugs (including the one the heater was plugged into), and we needed to charge devices. There was no wifi, and the room was noisy.
