Really friendly staff, great location, lovely Harbour view, nice and clean well maintained buildings, basic but very functional facilities. A staff member gave us a very generous voucher for a local restaurant on the second night, an unexpected treat!

Was an issue getting anything on the TV other than YouTube. Even the staff were perplexed by it, other than to say...."too many units using internet at the same time" I'm not sure that is a reasonable answer. That needs looking at.

I appreciate the building was of the older type, been there for many years I would say. Therefore, the walls are not suitably designed which resulted in the unit being very cold, even at this time of the year, especially during the nights and early morning. The heater became useful. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours, could hear nearly everything being said etc. Not that I mind that, but through until 1am to 3am was a bit much! Toilets, doors opening closing etc. The trains, no problem :) The kitchen could have been cleaner. I washed all surfaces, plates, cups, cutlery and drawer etc. They felt very sticky to touch. The floors were very dusty and sticky to walk on barefooted. Linen supply, bit short on supply initially, and then were asked every day if we needed new towels etc. I assumed they would have been automatically supplied. Because of the coldness of the units, the used towels etc. stayed damp all day. The young lady was very obliging, and supplied what we needed when asked. I would suggest a small brush/broom and tray be supplied, especially in units where the occupation was for a week or so (like us). The floor needed a tidy up occasionally. The bathroom/toilet was very dusty and observed long black strands of hair visible. (Did not belong to us!) I appreciate your tariff is very reasonable for the studio unit. Size of the room was not a problem for two people, just could have been a bit sharper on the cleanliness.

The location was great, walkable to plenty of restaurants etc. Such a sunny spot, we had great weather for our stay. Balcony was great.

Shower was weak but that’s maybe because I’m use to a strong shower & dated decor (not bad) Other than that we have zero complaints

Allen was great. Has that chill ‘small town’ customer service vibe. Very welcoming Room was clean, It was dry & warm with xtra bedding available in the room. Close parking just below the room always very convenient too

This hotel was pretty much exactly as I expected, alittle dated but comfortable enough with everything we needed. The bedding was clean and comfortable and We could walk to restaurants. The manager was friendly and offered advice on what was around.

Our bed was lopsided and I almost rolled off the bed and then found out in the morning that a bed foot was not screwed in and we found it under the bed lying on the floor if we had known we would have a more comfortable sleep by screwing in the foot 😢 I was really unhappy about this and I didn’t sleep very well at all
