Would have been nice if breakfast was included or at a reduced rate for guests, however it was one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had.

It felt so lush, very good value for a premium accommodation. Our room was a twin bed and we could see the ocean. There was an alexa speaker playing jazz when we arrived at the room. The shower was amazing, two shower heads and lots of space. The body washes also smelt divine.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly! Our room was lovely with comfortable beds. Balcony looking over the sea was wonderful. We also had dinner in their on site restaurant which was exceptional!!

A very friendly welcoming both in the foyer and also in our room. The heat pump was going so it was lovely and warm and there was even music quietly playing. I absolutely loved it. Great space in the room and very comfortable. We will definitely return.

Nice modern hotel in a great location. Can't fault the cleanliness, big comfy bed. Big rooms, ours had a balcony and a sea view which was well worth the extra cost. Fairly nice hotel restaurant downstairs. Kaikōura is beautiful and this was a gorgeous time of year to visit as there are some sunny days but we got some snow on the mountains.

During our stay at the hotel, we found the beds to be exceptionally soft. While this might seem comfortable initially, we noticed that after three nights of sleeping on them, both myself and my companions experienced discomfort in our backs. The softness of the beds lacked the necessary support for our bodies, leading to improper alignment of the spine during sleep. As a result, we woke up each morning with soreness and stiffness in our backs, which persisted throughout the day. This discomfort impacted our overall enjoyment of the trip and left us feeling fatigued despite our efforts to rest. Moving forward, it may be beneficial for the hotel to consider offering a variety of mattress firmness options to accommodate the preferences and needs of all guests, ensuring a more comfortable and restful stay for everyone.

The location of the hotel was simply superb. Situated perfectly, it offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. Being centrally located also made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions, with many popular sights and attractions just a short walk or drive away. Overall, the combination of the friendly staff and fabulous location made our stay at the hotel truly memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Didnt like the lack of streaming options. Joined the club but was unable to get any discounts felt that was a bit misleading

The staff were very welcoming. The views of the bay 10/10. The room was outstanding. We stayed here with 2 kids. The kids menu was great with an activity pack given at dinner (thank you). We are glad we dined at the restaurant it was amazing.. The pool was heated and a good temp for the cooler month we visited. Nice to see a hotel that makes an effort to deliver a hotel standard and still be welcoming. Highly recommend. It was a treat to stay here. Thank you.
