It's not easy to find the place for the first time visit. You have know how to get the key to enter to the building and car park. Apart from this, it's very nice to stay.

The room was clean and roominess. I love the location because it's easy to go to many restaurants and other places. The view was great when you look outside from balcony.

We went on a Friday night and the pubs just below were going strong with loud music until approximately 2am.

The beds were comfy and the view of the harbour was wonderful.

We weren't given a door code for the front door entrance so we had to go through the garage entrance on entering the building each time.

Awesome location., you could walk to bars, restruants, train station, ferry terminal. The view was beautiful.

The furniture and decor seem a bit outdated. There was smell from the ventilation which came from the restaurants downstairs. The self-check-in is quite complicated as you need to collect the keys from a lock box, and use the swipe card to open the garage. The garage is shared by 2 apartments blocks, and you need to tap the swipe card when you go into the garage which opens another door. I know this is for the safety of parking but it was complicated for apartment rental. And when we checked out we were asked to leave the keys in the kitchen which means you need to leave the garage first and go up to the apartment again to leave the key. ( the garage won’t open without the swipe card).

The apartment is in a central location, close to many restaurants and the Viaduct Harbour. The apartment comes with a large living room and balcony overlooking the harbour. The 2 bedrooms are in good sizes too.

The location was perfect and the apartment was well laid out. We did have issues with checking in. Shower blocked, cupboard broken and light switch was broken and wires exposed but the did send maintenance to fix. Overall great experience

Being above the Fox pub. The music went till 3am & they decided to empty all the bottles at 3am then again at 8am.

It was beautiful, the view over the viaduct was stunning. So close to our favourite restaurants. The beds were so comfortable, & the staff were so helpful. We loved our stay.

The pre check in process is duplicative including being asked to provide ID copies, checkin time, if want parking etc. multiple times. Did not receive the checkin details, fortunately a helpful staff member was able to resend.

Clean, tidy and very spacious. With all the hustle and bustle outside, the unit is very quiet and simply closing the curtains can make you forget you’re in the heart of the city.

No ramp in main reception entrance for pram. Had to carry the pram down the steps. You could exit via the basement carpark if you're unable to navigate down the steps though, just need to be careful with moving cars and the 2 roller doors.

Free carpark! This is what sold us as all the other places charged extra for carpark. Location was a walking distance to all the restaurants along the Viaduct. Nice view of the Viaduct Harbour. Great for a stroll (especially in the evening) over the bridge crossing to the other side where there's more restaurants and a kids playground (although not suitable for toddlers). There's a convenience store a few steps to your right on the corner as you exit the building. Apartment was spacious and comfy, even my infant had great naps on the bed. Will definitely book again.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful place. It was very roomy, clean and very central. Close to restaurants, shops and even better with a viaduct view. I highly recommend this place to any one!! I will be staying here again where possible 😊

The hot water took a long time to reach hot. The glasses and coffee cups are quite a reach to get, no movie channels to watch or either pay for, or to screen your phone to the tv to watch.

Spacious layout. Sliding doors were awesome to go out onto the balcony. The bed was really comfortable.

The weather was crappy but nothing to do with accommodation so there was nothing we didn't like

The entire apartment was perfect for our family get away, everything we needed was there, perfect view, even though the bars are everywhere they didn't disrupt our sleep.

There was no ramp for wheelchairs/ strollers/ big luggages. We were travelling with 2 small kids so having to carry 2 strollers and 4 luggages was no fun.

The place itself is amazing. It comes with a great view as well. Alot of bars and food around the area, even one halal food joint is just opposite the building.

The process of accessing the property was very simple; the apartment was fantastic in every respect.

The cleaning in the smaller bathroom was pretty average - there was hair on the floor in several places. The smell coming up from the grate in the floor in the second bathroom smelled bad when the water was turned on.

The location was superb. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Despite some negatives, I would definitely stay here again.

The noise from restaurants below goes into the early hours of the morning. If you want peace and quiet at night this is probably not the place for you.
