the staff is so irresponsible. There are no lights on corridors and on stairs. I booked the room for two weeks for my old mom and young sister. old mom was spent a week access through dark way to upstairs. informed to receptionist but never get back to me. no friendly at all .

Did not received the info about how to self check in. Cusotmer service was average. Room smelt musty . And the worse part was the cockroaches that were coming out by the kitchen floor and kitchen bench every night. Has to use fly spray to kill it. Pool wasn’t filled either.

needs upgrade, bed hard pillows to big and one too flat, blanket stained. Duvet inner stained and old needs relacements No facecloths supplied . could change the bed and couch around so can sit on couch and not the single bed to watch tv.

Have stayed at this motel twice. First time six years ago. The swimming pool and spa have still not been opened for use. TVs had major problems with interference.

Driveway in was bit tight with a car parked outside of marked parking areas, Draws in bedroom had food in them, bath had 1 tap missing so couldn’t use it. Guests next door were bit noisy at 2am banging

Price and Location was great. The staff were good being a last minute booking on our way down to Auckland. 2brm unit was a good size for our family.

From the photos I viewed at the time of the booking showed three seperate beds. This was essential as we were three individuals. Only two beds and a very dilapidated sofa. No response to my calls, emails, knocking on their doors. Very poor coms. Won’t recommend at all

Disorganised. Not ready for our stay. Received email re key instructions the day after we arrived. Had to approach cleaning staff to get us into office to sign in. It was stinking hot and there was no air conditioning. If they only provide fans they need to be the ones that distribute cool air No pool as indicated on website. No mention of emergency housing Some of the electric points need upgrading. Hard to plug appliances in to.

The oven needed replacement, and was filthy, we heated a supermarket pizza and my wife burnt her hand on the outside of the door, there were a few cockroaches crawling around

First impression at reception no greeting from woman who couldnt or wouldnt speak english as she was dealing with another couple slowly as we both were waiting for her to stop talking to another woman on the phone and she then passed me onto the woman she was speaking with on the phone who sounded like she was at her other job as i could hear the other woman giving instructions in english to someone in her area..she confirmed my booking and instructed woman at reception to give me key..not impressed
