Wish the cafe in was open but understand it's the off season. Will return again in the summer peak season for the cafe.

Stayed in a glamping tent last time, returned and stayed in a new pod this time which was cool. Lots of different options. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. I liked the eco theme, recycling, simple but really nice and luxury feel. Totally switched off from high stress job. Relaxing hearing the ocean. This is one of my favorite places to stay and will keep coming back.

Maybe a Lil TV in the cabins but apart from that there's nothing to not like about your hotel park. Really lovely place to be, thank you and I will be back.

I Didn’t like the spa or the sauna wasn’t open to all customers it also said additional cost to use the sauna or spa, for the amount we had payed I think we deserved to chill out in the sauna or jacuzzi and the kitchenette the bench was too small also it was advertised I would get the view of the sea which there was barley a view from my room .

The cafe was closed but that’s ok and also It would have been nice if we actually got the sea view as advertised other than that our stay was nice our room was nice.

No internet coverage at all. My family were unable to connect with.us at all. We do a lot of business over the phone also.

I get it. It was a Zen Cabin. No TV + No wifi actually no service there at all. Peace was bliss!

Staff were super friendly 😁 We stayed in one of the pods & the beds were soo comfy, cleanliness was top tier & we loved the use of environmentally friendly products.. Also great that they have a hot plate and all the kitchen necessities! Thanks so much, we hope to come back again soon 😁

Due to no fault of there own and there was a miss wording on there website, (booking.com) which needs to be rectified, soo the same mistake doesn't happen again.

The noise of the logging trucks which is outside of the control of the property. Pots and tea towels not available.

The log cabin was very homely with a beautiful view. The showers were modern. Very clean throughout.

Love everything about the place ghe style, decor, the view the spa, the shampoo& condish the musli and milk. Apologies I think we may have dropped a wine glass and forgot to let you know I cant be sure.

The only thing we would've liked, is the availability of the hosts. We tried using the reception office service bell every 15/20 minutes for half of the day, to book the spa. That's the only thing we were bummed out about

Not a “didn’t like” but the bathroom doesn’t have a loo roll holder

Beautiful Zen Cabin stay . Book two nights if you’re planning to stay, they have cute little hang out spots dotted around. Spa is a must do also. There isn’t phone reception out there but they do provide free wifi. Plunger coffee & muesli was a nice to have available as well as the usual tea & coffee. Fully stocked kitchen with gas hob. Washing machine. Super clean, warm & inviting. Loved our stay & can’t wait to stay again.
