That the swimming pools closed already at 8.30pm. We checked in late afternoon, then went to dinner and the plan was to end the evening by going to the pools but they were already closed. The voucher for cheaper entry was only for that day so we could not utilise it.

The cabins were very spacious and quite new. Beds were comfortable although a king single would have been better in the second bedroom (lounge). The larger cabin was very nice for the kids too and the view was also very good.

We were a bit disappointed to have to pay an extra to access thermal pools. Even if there had been a discount for guests, we would have considered it a great incentive to have it included. Thermal pools need a bit of refresh for the surroundings. Also as a safety measure, I would recommend owners to plan a dedicated pathway for pedestrians going to hot pools and not sharing the same driveway as cars.

The location was great, and the park is nice for kids. Air pillow is massive! The superior lodge was warm and comfortable, with a bit of view and everything needed to have an easy stay. The Savour cafe is making very good coffee, perfect for breakfast!

The website information led me to think that shared facilities meant shared between the people in our unit, the reality was shared with all units and camp sites. The rooms are a bit tired.

Heat pump wasn’t working, had a flashing error light. Mentioned this to two seperate reception staff and they said maintenance would come and have a look. They never came so had a cooler night with no heating. The bathroom blinds were broken with huge gaps on the side, the bathroom was at the front walkway so people could look straight in as the window had no frosting. Ended up hanging strips of toilet paper up for privacy.

Love the hot pools and features of the property.

Very spacious motel unit. Had everything we needed. Nice deck to lounge on. Great to have dicounted entry to thermal pools.

Our room was not very clean at all! Hair ties on the ground in the bathroom, scum in the bathroom, coffee cups still dirty, liquid marks on the wall in the kitchen, toilet brush DISGUSTING!

There were stray hairs which were a bit off putting. We weren't too put off though as we're staying here again.

The pools were great. The room had a dishwasher which was appreciated. Good value for money.

It’s seen its best days. Staff at the pool not friendly. Some water slides and the water park were not operational. Not close to the town centre so must drive to get to restaurants etc

The shower floor in cabin 7 is badly laid with shower water flowing into toilet and wash area. That need to be fixed.

Nice pool hot bath and spa facilities. Great discounts for guests. The staff are friendly.

Unisex bathrooms and toilets were exceptionally clean and well maintained but a concern for accessing alone at night when used by both sexes. Main disappointment was the mineral pools which due to construction, you have restricted access to the variety of pools that wee there on our previous visit. Appears to be changing to a commercialized water playground, so will not be visiting or staying at this venue again.
