Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our stay at the accommodation was absolutely wonderful. It felt like residing within a museum adorned with exquisite, world-class art from across the globe. Every corner we looked, we were filled with awe. The place was equipped with all modern conveniences, including an ice maker, locally sourced organic milk, as well as high-quality soaps and shampoo. Additionally, the accommodation offered secure parking, which I found to be a significant advantage. Its convenient location in the CBD allowed us to easily explore great eateries and attractions on foot. The owner was exceptionally pleasant to interact with – friendly and informative. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and settling in. Our experience far exceeded expectations. Moreover, the accommodations were highly luxurious, boasting impressive bathrooms with underfloor heating and indulgent monsoon showerheads. It truly felt like an apartment fit for a king. I would enthusiastically choose to stay there again on my next visit to Napier.

Great host, fantastic location, exceptional property with everything you could want for, stunning interiors and objet d’art as well as very comfortable beds. We cooked one evening and the kitchen is very well stocked. The host went out of his way to look after us, made reservations and checked in to see if everything was going well.

The Address is exponentially more than a five star rating. Ultra modern kitchen, bathrooms, and butler’s pantry share this spacious penthouse with exquisite antiques, worldwide collectibles, museum quality paintings and sculptures….truly a feast for the eyes. All appliances and amenities were first class, including luxurious bath products and linens. The apartment is also located in the central city and waterfront so easy access to restaurants and places of interest.
