This is one of the best accommodations on booking we have stayed in many years. View from the room is stunning. House is well renovated, modern, cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is just the next level. Everything is tasty, fresh and beautifully served. Host is nice and welcoming.

Our stay at the Bay Beach Front was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we stepped in, we were captivated by the modern and impeccably clean rooms adorned with every amenity one could desire, including a fully-equipped kitchen that allowed us to indulge in some delightful culinary adventures. We even were able to grill on the main deck, which was super relaxing. Westport is close by, so we were able to grab a few groceries from there. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the warmth and hospitality of our hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure that every moment felt like home, adding a personal touch that made all the difference. Their genuine care and attention made our experience truly remarkable. The breakfast was absolutely divine! Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that fueled us for a day of exploration and relaxation. There’s plenty of beautiful hikes and walks all right near the hotel, plus all down the shoreline. While the surrounding area offers plenty of activities and adventures, the breathtaking views of the beach were so mesmerizing, perfect for sipping some wine and relaxing. Overall, our stay at was nothing short of perfection. If you're looking for a blissful escape with unforgettable views and unparalleled hospitality, look no further. We would definitely say again, highly highly recommend.

Amazing stay in the perfect setting ! Beautiful views of the bay and beautiful hosts to make your stay even more special. Sandra and Neil will cook you breakfast every morning and we were even lucky enough to get a delicious tea cooked for us one night ! Amazing !!

This accommodation is awesome! Everything is perfect and intelligent, especially the smart toilet. The owner is very friendly and nice. They help us a lot. Their breakfast is also super delicious and have many choices. Our booking is just the normal room which is the cheapest one, but when we arrived, the owner give us the beachfront unit! Which is really beautiful and worth it.

We only stayed there for one day and were very sad to leave. Beautiful accommodation with breathtaking surroundings and views. Our room left nothing to be desired, great soundscape by the sea, perfect facilities and the most comfortable bed in all of New Zealand. The hosts Sandra and Doc are very hospitable and the most friendly people you could wish for. We hope to come back one day. Thanks a lot for everything.

Everything was perfect

Absolutely beautiful accommodation, the attention to detail was incredible. The hosts Sandra and Doc couldn’t have been more welcoming. The included breakfast was just lovely with everything you could possibly want, including great coffee. We had the pizza delivered to our room on the first night, which was delicious with an unexpected huge salad which was so appreciated. Highly recommended.

I think the only annoyance was a sandfly bite which is par for the course when the heat is extreme near water.

Beautiful design and decoration, facilities and amenities on point, Ceiling window with sky view in bathroom, you could see how meeting guests needs was being thought through , the hosts were so friendly, attentive and welcoming! and breakfast was of high quality with fresh food, great coffee and beautiful sea view.
