We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandRooms were very outdated and bed wasn’t very comfy. I do understand it was a budget hotel so you get what you pay for but I’ve stayed in cheaper places that were a bit nicer. But overall it was fine.
Good location near the port, free continental breakfast (cereals and toast) was great for our early start to catch a boat. Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. We were warned about the noise on a Friday night, but it really wasn't that noisy. We watched a movie in the comfortable lounge and they had a very nice breakfast for us. Also, the shower was just refurbished so very nice.

SwedenBreakfast was selfserved from a dark, boring room and wasn't very flashy. A bit of bread, juices, coffee. Toilets and shower could use a bit of facelift (that I think was ongoing..) and so would the hallway and breakfastroom. But for the price, it's "ok".
For the price I payed, it was OK. Staff very nice and helpful, food in the bar was OK and the room was in pretty good shape. Bad was a bit to soft for my taste but I also like somewhat hard beds.

It's an old but surprisingly extremely clean hotel with nice and kind staff. They are currently renovating so it's a plus. Stayed to have my stuff in a safe place during my stay on Steward Island though felt a bit overpriced.

This place is (as it is advertised) old fashioned pub style accommodation with shared bathrooms. I stayed for a night before I went shark diving and the location is ideal and the price is good. It's not luxurious... as you can tell from teh marketing. Friendly staff. There is a 'breakfast bar' available 24 hours with cereal, toast, milk, tinned fruit... a lounge area to sit / gather in (separate to the pub) and you can get basic pub meals from the pub.
