The dryer was not available during our stay.

The house is lovely, very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. We liked that there are 3 big bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and well stock. We enjoyed cooking in it and having meals together. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

There were a lot of bugs even though the windows and doors were shut. The drying machine was not working ,other than that everything was nice

There was a strong curry smell when we arrived so even though it was cold, we had to air the place out. Despite the instructions we couldn't get the speakers to work. The neighbour's trees have grown quite a bit in the last 6 months and are beginning to obscure the lake views. The mattress fold out bed in the ground floor bedroom is rather hard and uncomfortable so relocated to a lazy boy for the night.

We love staying at this property! Great to have instructions on how to use the lounge fireplaces. The property is very spacious which allows you to have quiet time if needed or watch something different on TV. The dining table seats 10 allowing us to have dinner together before playing board games. The spa pool was lovely and relaxing and we enjoyed the lazy boy recliners and comfy sofas.

Lovely clean and spacious, warm feeling to the home. Outdoor fireplace was perfect for roasting marshmallows and the spa bath and pool were both amazing! Washing machine and dryer were super handy. Entire family happy after our stay.

Loved every part of our accomodation, found it so welcoming and well equipped that we had planned to go out for breakfast and dinners that we went shopping to cook at home.. Besides the ICN competition NO ONE WANTED TO GO ANYWHERE, just relax, sleep, eat or have a turn in the spa pool and bath..

We really loved it! The owners should consider buying some more dinner knives as there are not enough for big groups.

The house was exactly what we needed for two families travelling together: loads of space, and the house had virtually everything you would need for a home away from home. a great location too - close to central Taupo and all of the good tourist spots. the spa was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the property was well stocked with towels and linen. We also really appreciated the good amount of dishwasher tablets and other cleaning and pantry basics at the property which you don’t always get at other properties. it really put this property at the top of our list of places to stay! The staff were very responsive to questions over the Easter weekend which was also very much appreciated- very good service.

Would suggest spraying the outside of house and outside furniture for spiders and having stair blockers available for people with babies.

What an awesome property! It was exactly as pictured and provided everything we needed to enjoy a quiet relaxing break. The lift was a huge bonus and allowed those with mobility issues to move freely about the property and be part of everything going on. The property was very clean, the hydrangeas and roses are gorgeous and the information booklet was comprehensive. Would definitely book again.

The TV downstairs in the kids entertainment area wouldn't cooperate with us. Perhaps we just didn't know how to operate it? No big deal though. The upstairs TV offered Netflix etc which kept the little people occupied at times.

Loved the cleanliness, the spa and the fact the kids had their own entertainment area. The area was super safe and kids could ride their bikes around. A mple space for the whole family.

Couldn't figure out the TV....also one bed was too high for most of us oldies. Nothing major.

The beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. The beds were extremely comfortable. The elevator for our 82year old Mum was a real bonus. Plenty of seating for everyone including lots of lazyboy chairs. Nice and clean and very modern. Had a very welcoming feel as soon as we stepped through the door. Nice deck area. Plenty of space for all of us.
