We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe booked two nights originally with car parking and extended that by booking directly with the hotel for one more night. Despite specifying car parking and they seeing the car, showing us how to access the car park, they didn’t charge for the car park until mentioned on the day we were leaving, when we handed in the key. Never before has this happened. Car parking, when requested is always included in the payment when made at the hotel.
Beautiful modern hotel centrally located. The rooms were an excellent size with all great facilities and very comfortable. Car parking on site with very easy access. The hotel is located near to the main shopping areas and cafes. Wonderful cafes on site and a great view from the rooftop bar

Arriving into Invercargill from Mount Cook The Langlands Hotel was perfectly easy to locate. Upon arrival I was greeted with valet parking and concierge service, neither expected but greatly appreciated. The view of Invercargill from the room at night was simply stunning.

Lovely modern hotel room with comfortable bed and linens, plenty of room, good soundproofing and air conditioning, all you need in a room.

Beautiful room and decor. The set up of room and ensuite was very lovely. All very flash. Bed comfortable too. Meld Restaurant/360 bar and breakfast open at early hours and late at night.

New ZealandUnfortunately after 25 minutes waiting for breakfast I approached the staff who found my meal had been taken somewhere else, it was replaced and the charge removed but it put me behind schedule a little.
The location was perfect for me as I had a job in the mall, The bed was comfortable and the room was clean with a great shower. I was also appreciative of the reception staff allowing me to utilise the carpark for the morning as I could walk to my job.
