The only downside was the pathway that ran right infront of the kitchen/lounge/outdoor area which people were constantly walking past and looking in. Although I was overlooking a large grass area it wasn’t super private. Everything else about the property I couldn’t fault.

Great space had everything I needed for a 3 day stay from cooking facilities fridge/ oven /microwave to utensils washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board ect . They even had an umbrella in the cupboard for when it rained which came in very handy. Literally had everything you needed.

The window in the bedroom was left open. I was not notified of this prior, and it was not included in the instruction sheet. The reason why I am commenting is that it is a tough height to reach for a vertically challenged person, and I didn't realise it was left open until I was woken up by a group of drunken pass-a-by in the middle of the night. Minor details of cleanliness can be improved. One of the towels provided was slightly dirty, and the holder for the shampoo, etc., was fairly dirty.

Parking is available on-site. The convention centre is nearby. There is good Wi-Fi. The shower pressure was good. The heating was adequate. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

As previous comments have mentioned, it is in need of better cleaning between guests with hair in the bathroom and dust around the apartment.

Great central spot. Lovely bright apartment. Everything you need right in town. Great to have use of washer/dryer. Very comfy bed and great bathroom. Nice warm place to stay. Would definitely recommend it if you need to be central.

The water tastes odd from the tap but I think that it is just Christchurch water, not related to the apartment. The bottled water was an excellent touch. Much appreciated.

The parking spot was a little tricky to find as the address I was given didn't lead to the car correct road. However, after having a look on Google maps you can soon find the little side road you need to take, although it is a bit hidden. I also have to agree with some other guests saving that the aparmtnet wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were hairs in the bathroom, as well as a used bottle of lube in the drawers.... oven was dirty and some other minor bits and pieces. But overall it was a lovely stay. But maybe ditch the used lube...

Amazing location very close to town. The apartment was newly renevated with a well stocked kitchen and dedicated parking space which was really handy. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom stocked with shampoo and conditioner.

Closet door is behind bedroom door. So if you are in closet and someone comes in bedroom you get bumped.

The only issue we noticed was the living room and bedroom was a bit dusty on the floor in the living area and behind the back of the bed around the skirting board etc.

Nice modern apartment close to the center of the city. Big open-plan kitchen and living area. Bathroom was nice and shower pressure was amazing.
