Nothing, everything was perfect. We even invited our brothers and sister inlaws to have dinner with us, they enjoyed it so much we invited them back to have breakfast with us before we went to the airport to catch our flight back to Australia.

The room was beyond my expectations. It was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were amazing, I had issues with my keycard and it wasn't an issue for staff to fix it for me. Also my sister left her keycard in the car after I dropped her off, she was having a panic attack till she told the girl at the desk who reassured her it was okay, they got her into our room. Fantastic service.

The location is a little drab but on a positive side it is really central & close to Westfield at Manukau City.

Lovely room & ensuite. Impeccably clean. Comfortable bed. Access to Sky TV. Lovely staff, polite & helpful. Bonus of plenty of room to park a vehicle.

The only constructive feedback we have is the aircon in the room could be a little stronger and if Sebel is considering upgrading their TVs we would’ve loved the option to use our Netflix while we stayed with Sebel. However this does not takeaway the 10/10 service we receive every time we stay with Sebel Manukau.

I’ve stayed at Sebel manukau before and paid for family to stay here too. We’ve booked with Sebel manukau 5 times now and they continue to exceed our expectations with their customer service. The team at the front desk were welcoming & made sure we were looked after. The team at the restaurant were also very helpful as well as the lovely lady that delivered extra towels and toilet paper to our room. Thank you to the team that was working on Wednesday 27th March 10pm - Saturday 30th March 8am.

They should get chromecast. Some of the staff didn’t give a very welcoming vibe. Asked to see what card we were using to pay with (found that super weird). The person who checked us in needs more training maybe. Didn’t explain stuff to us very well.

Great location, tidy and clean, buffet breakfast 🤌 comfortable. Room had everything you needed. The receptionist Charlotte had good customer service skills.

Kitchen sitting area was quite awkward to work with and parking fee was a surprise to me ... but these were minor when looking at the overall value and experience

Welcoming staff on arrival which was refreshing after a disastrous Trivago booking which was oversold and left me hanging with nowhere to stay at 7pm. I appreciated the assistance of the reception staff. Kingsize Bed was fantastic to really get a good night's sleep, very low external noise was a bonus and the shower was divine 🙂. Great touch also with the Nespresso machine and some coffee pods 👌

The description has city views, unfortunately there are no city views. The the main door to reception is unmarked and was a little confusing from the carpark as to where to go.

Check in was easy, and the staff friendly. Our room was a bit small compared to our expectations however it was well appointed, with good toiletries etc. The room was very clean and the restaurant was very good with great staff and food. The manager was exceptional and catered for our needs in a very professional manner
