This hotel is awesome, close to everything we wanted to do. The girls on the desk were excellent nothing was problem, the room was amazing, big and comfy, even the mini bar was free apart from the alcohol. Air conditioning was great, we needed it was so hot in Queenstown.

Nothing - this place is amazing :)

What didn't we like!!! This place is as good as it looks in the images! The rooms are HUGE and the storage space is amazing! The bath and shower were sensational and every single staff member we met were so helpful and friendly! The location meant we were able to just walk everywhere and every activity we did had a free collection so we didn't need the hassle of renting a car. Honestly the best breakfasts in the most amazing location - all we can say is thank you!

Upon arrival had some issues with the in-house entertainment however the staff were quick to offer solutions and eventually we found a resolution we were happy with .

No view, and room was very noisy at night. Lots of party noise from neighbouring pubs that woke us up. Wouldn’t go back for this reason.

we were given room 2, the night club opposite was very noisy, we wouldn’t have minded if it closed at 12 but it went on until 1-30am.

I booked a “Laneway” suite through a deal on booking.com. Two nights still cost me $1200. My suite, #4 is above an alleyway connected to a very popular and loud bar. It was close to 3am before the noise died down enough to sleep.

The room and amenities were awesome. The fireplace didn’t work, but to be fair, the information booklet in the room said to contact the front desk if it didn’t. They source New Zealand made products for the bath, which I loved.

Short staffed which meant no onsite restaurant or bar but still full priced room rates. Also little touches missing for such an expensive top end accomodation. For example, middle of winter but gas fireplace never on in the reception area (to save money?)…

Was disappointed to find out the day after free cancellation that your restaurant and bar were not open and no on site car parking a little deceiving we thought. The rooms down the lane are VERY noisy from the night club and just people talking sounded like they were in our room.

The bar wasn’t open, no sky tv or breakfast onsite. There was nothing on the booking site to indicate that these facilities weren’t available. We’d arranged an early dinner so we could return to watch the rugby and told that due to covid restrictions and financial reasons sky had been cancelled!!! Had I known about the above I wouldn’t have stayed.

Room is a little dated and needs a refresh. For the price and rating would have expected to have our own coffee machine in the room. Was very noisy from either a party or a pub.

Breakfast was great. Over looking the garden was lovely.

Upon close looking bottle lid behind picture, objects turned around cause they we broken.

Instead of turning broken objects around you should replace. Grout around fireplace had cracking. The ac wasn't as cold as it could be.

What an amazing hotel. Our room was so incredibly well appointed. Even the mini bar was impressively well stocked. We had a balcony with a retractable rain awning. The room was cleverly set up so that one could sit in the bathtub and look out into the room and through to the balcony and beyond to the mountains. The location could hardly be more perfect, just a few steps away from the waterfront, and close to bars, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at their restaurant. All of the staff without exception were helpful, courteous and professional. I don't think I'll ever want to stay anywhere else in queenstown again.
