The villa had a phenomenal view of the lake and mountain in almost every room! It was very clean and tidy as well. Every bathroom also had its own bathroom and was very spacious. It was also located in the middle between Queenstown and Frankton, which made it really convenient. If we ever come back to Queenstown, we will definitely be staying here again.

The property and our stay was fantastic. You have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to bedrooms and bathrooms so may not be suitable for people with less mobility or young children who like to explore.

The property was well situated just a short drive out of town. It was a good size for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It seems still fairly new which and well built. The kitchen has all that you need, also a washer dryer which is valuable for a longer stay and young family. Lots of nice features like heated bathroom floors, heated towel racks, electronic blinds. Fabulous view of the lake and mountains

Given the length of stay (6 nights) would have appreciated a refill of coffee pods etc instead of being told to buy our own. No moisture riser in the toiletries provided. A few more bath towels would have been nice.

The fireplace could not be started and the manual was insufficient in instructing us to do so. This did not affect the environment much though, as the weather was warm while we were there. The advance check-in system was quite cumbersome, especially as we were travelling before that.

The quality of the build was good, and the design was practical and spacious. View from the location is excellent.

On a hill which has its perks, difficult if you do not have a car. I am most unhappy about an unfortunate incident of possible damage to the blind in one of the bedrooms. We did not get a tour on arrival as promised and we may have damaged a blind or it was was already faulty . my deposit of $500 has been deducted but have not received the original quote or invoice for the damage incurred despite asking many many times

Honestly for the price, we were expecting more. Most of the house is bedrooms and bathrooms so it's actually just a smallish living room and kitchen you are spending most of your time. This is a good price for many people to share but we were just two looking for a romantic getaway. The check in was painful and I'd strongly suggest the following tweak. Getting the keys was fine but once in, there was a QR code to access the wifi password. Except you need internet for the QR code webpage to load (which it can't without internet). So we had to go to a neighbours house to ask to use their wifi, to access the QR code to get our wifi password. Crazy! Best just have the Wifi password on the greeting paper or written down. There were no accounts on the smart television and the smart television has a feature where it reads everything out to you much louder than the TV volume (including volume number changes). It's bizarre and interrupting and we couldn't turn it off. There were no fly screens so we couldn't have the doors or windows open at night, and if we did many many insects came in. Generally it was really hot all day and night with no way of cooling the place. The internal temperature gauge often read as high as 30 degree Celcius inside. To get to the place is difficult without a car. The bus drops you off on the main road outside which is wonderful but you have to walk up a steep and narrow road to the place which does not have a pedestrian part for some reason. This isn't the properties fault but it's a tough climb after a hike. Hope this helps ☺️

The view was lovely and it was great it had a laundry we could use. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had the basics we needed to cook. We had no disturbance from the construction but can see it is right outside the master bedroom which doesn't have sound dampening so it could be disturbing. But luckily they don't seem to work weekends or public holidays as a tip! They left us a nice gift as we were celebrating our anniversary too. Thank you for that! Very sweet.
