Main bedroom had venetian blinds on one window which let alot of the street light in. Not a major issue at all, only noticed it as my husband is a light sleeper.

Location was great, close to town. Place was clean, had everything you could need. Communication was awesome

Some ongoing upgrade works in the kitchen with temporary protection on the worktop so it looked incomplete and not ideal. No AC in bedroom so windows needed to be left open at night, a little noisy at night from people returning from town. Very steep walk back from town.

One in our group had a knee injury and the lack of hand rails in both the stairwells became a safety issue. The airport shuttle denied us a ride due to the very steeply inclined street, but other taxis and Uber drivers were accommodating.

Sofa in sitting room very uncomfortable, springs nearly through! Every tap needs attention, they all move, and in the loo, this means you get soaked! The dryer works well but causes a huge amount of condensation in the utility area. Would have opened all windows if I had known. Walls are also very thin, and neighbours can be heard. They are not deal breaking issues, but they need addressing.

The couch and the bed. Didn’t really have a good sleep. Springs from the mattress were squeaking everytime we move. Felt itchy with the sheets.

The property manager’s communication. Check in could not be done without charging extra 300$ as security and the house rules could only be visible after the security deposit. There are many things that disappointed us about the property. Hence we would neither return nor recommend to our friends. When I texted the property manager for Car Park issue as someone had parked in front of the garage door, we got No reply. He didn’t even bother to ask us later if it waa sorted or not. but when I asked about an hour late check out. He immediately sent me the reply. Rather, I wish to make a formal report about the house rules.

Very strong cooking odours when you entered the property. Ended up having to purchase room sprays to make it bearable. The most uncomfortable couch that I have ever encountered and also the bed in the front room with the view is uncomfortable. Beds most definitely need updating. Overall the whole property needs to be updated as is presented as a bit run down. Also had a problem with using the TV on normal channels ie: 1, 2 and 3. (could not get them) and was unable to get any support from host. So ended up only being able to use You Tube etc.

Great location and view. Walk into city centre although if you're not fit or have mobility issues this property is up a rather steep hill.

The were strict requirements on cooking related smell and despite having a great kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipments, there was no Rangehood or Extractor fan provided. To avoid smell we cooked outside on the BBQ single gas burner.

Well managed two bedroom flat with excellent lake/mountain views. Kitchen had all necessary cooking utensils, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There was also a BBQ with gas outside the flat.

The couch was incredibly uncomfortable, but we went there long enough for it to be a huge issue. The property is on a very steep hill, so for us with young kids we had to rely on a car to go anywhere even though we were so close to town. if the kids were older it wouldn’t have been an issue. the views more than made up for it.
