Catered to my Gluten Free dietary needs, the place is off the main street so very peaceful and private, close to plenty of great restaurants and local shopping

Whilst the description says sound proof walls the issue is the noise from above, there was a dog above which barked through the night one night (but wasn’t there for the other nights) you could here the dog running around on the wooden floors above.

The apartment was beautiful and everything was really comfortable (other than the sofas), beautiful bedrooms and comfortable beds. Such a great location, 5 min walk to lots of restaurants and direct bus to the city. Lovely sitting out on the deck.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment the beds were very comfortable and the place was so clean, it was so close to go into the city center, i wouldn't hesitate recommending that you stay here you won't be disappointed

Location was great, near shops, a lovely park and close to bus stop into Auckland city centre. All the essentials for breakfast were provided for our arrival.

There was not a thing we did not like about our stay at Treetops

It was idle for our needs we had a relaxing time and our host Elaine was exceptional attending to all our needs , just perfect.

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we visited family in Auckland. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. It is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks. Off street free parking was a plus. Our first morning my husband was joined for coffee by the “neighborhood nuisance” on the deck but he didn’t mind at all.

Wounderful spacious apartment close to Ponsonby Road. The garden and the terrace are the highlight. We spent 3 nights but we wished we could stay much longer. Really recommended :)

There could have been a folder explaining the area and nearby attractions and restaurants...for newcomers to Auckland that would have been useful. Also, a toilet roll holder could be useful.

Loved the location and the comfort of the home. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was brilliant. Elaine was a fabulous host.

I've tried and tried to think of something that could be improved but I can't come up with anything.

Treetops and the host Elaine are exceptional - my only problem with giving too good a review is that I'll make it more popular and then it won't be available the next time I want to book it!! It is a gorgeous three-bedroom place with amazing glass doors overlooking the deck and the garden. The bathroom is huge and gorgeous - getting out of the shower is not easy. The whole place is renovated and beautiful, Elaine was friendly and responsive, the location is fantastic. Everything about it was great.

This was our second stay at Elaine’s lovely apartment. The location is perfect for our business meetings while in Auckland and being just off Ponsonby gave us plenty of options for our free time. Everything we needed was provided by our host and we really enjoyed the nice extras she left for us. Honey (the four legged furry host) was a sight for sore eyes when we came home from a long day on the town.

It was a shame we couldn't stay longer.

Elaine was at the property to show us the lock box and welcome us. The place is newly decorated and just beautiful, with very high taste. The beds were so comfortable. It was such a cosy place to stay, settled amongst many trees. The location was amazing, within walking distance to Ponsonby Road shops and many bars and restaurants. Continental breakfast was left for us, which was more than adequate.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.!!!

The place was so clean and spotless and in such a quiet location. The Owner Elaine was so helpful and guided us as to what the attractions around Auckland were for our short stay of 3 nights. Comfortable beds and perfect for a family to relax. Elaine even went above and beyond by providing us bread, milk, and basic food for us on arrival. So grateful to her. Would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends and will stay here again if we go to Auckland.

Stunning, private and spacious accomodation. Elaine made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to accomodate our group who were in Auckland for a wedding. I would highly recommend Treestops and stay here again. Close to cafes and restaurants for those who don’t have a car.

Absolutely nothing, it was all perfect.

An absolutely beautiful apartment in a vibrant area of Auckland. The Ponsonby Road has a fabulous variety of restaurants and independent shops. Walking distance to CBD is around 1 mile, with one hill but easy and enjoyable. We also walked to Western Springs. A perfect location to start our holiday, Elaine was also able to accommodate our early arrival (33hr of travel, door to door) looking after our bags. If you are lucky enough to stay at Treetops you will not be disappointed.

We were thrilled with our accommodation at Treetops. The accommodation is the whole lower level of Elaine's absolutely gorgeous weatherboard house and opens out onto a beautiful deck overlooking a lovely backyard and leafy view. The house is beautifully renovated with all of the facilities you need in a brilliant location in a lovely street close to a convenience shops and a deli, a short walk to Ponsonby and just down the road from the entrance to the beautiful Grey Lynn park. Thanks Elaine, we will definitely be back!
