Reception asked us to tell them what time we wish to fix for our breakfast time and that we are limited to just 1 hour. We are on holiday, we wish to relax, sleep, wake up anytime we want. We do not want to fix time for our breakfast. It is common for hotel to fix breakfast time, example 6.30am till 10.00 am. Up to guests to decide which time is convenient to them. Also breakfast seating area too small and breakfast spread need improvement. Need better signage at car exit auto-gate.

The beds were very comfortable. Hotel location is convenient.

Location is perfect for shops and food places. 5 Minutes' walk to the El Zapanta Cantina Express which is the best food place I have been in Rotorua. Woolworth is just across the street. Petrol station is just beside the accommodation. Rotorua Central Mall is just a 2-minute walk.

The breakfast buffet was limited but that's okay. Anyway it's worth for $20 per person as they provide lots of bakery items and fresh fruits.

Excellent location and easy to access to groceries, restaurants and local attractions. Pool was great and well heated and can enjoy even on cold temperature.

The high cost due to it being the Easter weekend and the fact that if you booked direct with the hotel, we could have had breakfast included but instead we had to pay an extra $60 per morning, on top of our booking itself (which was already higher due to the long weekend) we stayed for 2 nights.

The location was great, and we liked that it had a separate room for the kids in the room we had.

We had to set the temperature of air conditioner very high to warm the room (maybe it was because the evening was very cold though)

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The room and the bed were very comfortable. Variety of bread for breakfast. My son loved the cake wirh orange peel.

Breakfast was lower than expectation but Kids liked pancake machine and I also enjoyed. I found a cockraoch in the room.

I stayed a night with family during easter holiday. Location was very good and easy to access to the room with card key. Kids liked a small kid play area. Parking space was looking limited but we didn't experiece any problem with that.

Very thin walls. Could hear everyone that walked past your room. Tried to watch a movie but it was too loud for the next room over. Only sweet foods at breakfast. No cooking facilities in our room's "kitchenette", though it had cooking utensils. Only had a sink, hot water jug, microwave, fridge and coffee maker.

Staff were really helpful. Location is awesome being right in town. Kids areas were nice with lots of kids books inside. Pancake maker at breakfast was fun for the kids. The pastries were delicious too.

Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs/protein except cold cuts. Though there was an option to buy big breakfast from the kitchen.

Room was ideal for a few days stay. Laundry at site. Hard working people at the reception.

The friendliness of the staff and their helpfulness; the location and facilities of our room; the overall standard of decor and cleanliness, and the choices available for the continental style breakfast were outstanding. Although located on a main road, we found it quiet & peaceful here.

Cold meats could have been as sliced off and not cut into sections. [Looks a bit penny pinching] Cold meats should be presented, not touching each other. Possibly labeling some or all food items? = Marmalade = Orange or Grapefruit, Grapefruit dose not mix with certain prescribed medicines. Lactose free products.

Easy parking & room access. Great breakfast included in room rate. One of the friendly cleaners even carried our suitcases downstairs for us and wished us a happy vacation. Good attractions to see in the area.

Nothing, apart from cleaners wanting to get into our room by knocking on our door 1.5hrs before checkout and was hovering outside continuously. Our room is booked until 10am, reception staff did apologise and advised that should it happen.

Very well positioned. Spotlessly clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was of a good size and very comfortable.
